I stayed once in the summer 14′ and recently for New Years and have fallen in love with this place. Between summer 2 years ago and 2016 they have remodeled and definitely improved our stay. I love the layout as you have privacy for two couples or a group of friends. The office staff was great and got us anything we needed immediately. I honestly believe this is the best location at the beach, waterway, wings, south beach grill, hotdogs, groceries and desserts are all a walk away. This is by far my now go to place!
Highlights– Tower 7 Mexican grill is amazing, Roberts for groceries and Redixs for all the odds and ends galore.

My wife and I have stayed at the Summer Sands on 4 different occasions this year. Each time has been terrific. Both Laura and Earl have been outstanding with any questions or reservation needs that we may have. The condo is great. The location on the beach is great. The bed is great. The rocking chairs on the balcony are REALLY GREAT! The Summer Sands is our vacation home away from home.

This place is the bomb. It’s the perfect little getaway, the staff is amazing and you can’t beat the location. I came in last night and decided this morning I wanted a different room. Nothing was wrong with the room, I just wanted a tad better view. Laura is awesome-​she so kindly made me feel like my request wasn’t the ‘high maintenance’ one it was and moved me to the one available room left. I am SO happy. Now this is customer service. Thank you Laura!

I’ve stayed at this hotel more times than I’ve stayed at any other. We’d go every summer and stay here, we stayed here for a while we waited for a house to get built, and we’d stay here when our grandparents were in town. I love this Motel for nostalgic reasons more than any other, but it offers fabulous views and reasonable beachfront rates.
