So, I’ve been here a number of times. The first time was when I was stuck on jury duty and had a lunch break. Grabbed a gluten-free burger, and it was ok. Nothing fantastic, but nothing bad about it. A-OK, if you will. I came back here last week because I’d written a terrible review of a different UNO’s gluten-free pizza, and was convinced to give it another go. I did. It was certainly better than the last time I had it, but still underwhelming. Not bad, just… ok. Service-wise, they were pretty good, but once again unmemorable. Parking is pretty good. Park at the garage across the street, and they’ll validate up to two hours. The men’s bathroom is pretty scary. The doors don’t fully close or lock, and there’s graffiti all over the place. The door hinges are off, and I felt more like I was in a dive bar than a supposedly reputable restaurant. All in all, unmemorable, which translates into a 3 for me.

The food was really disappointing. I couldn’t even finish one slice of pizza because it just wasn’t good at all and it was really greasy. I will say it was quick delivery, so they have that going for them.

Their food is fine, pretty standard fare comparable to what one would get at an applebee’s, TGIF, ruby tuesdays, or chili’s. They’re conveniently located for me as they’re almost exactly two blocks away so I can usually place an order online and be back in my room eating within 15 minutes. They also offer 20% off to MCPHS students, furthermore if you buy gift cards at Sam’s club you save 20% on those.

My boyfriend and I were meeting friends nearby so we stopped by unos. He ordered the fishermans platter and I ordered the Mac and cheese and pepperoni deep dish. First of all, for a Saturday night, the restaurant had ample amount of tables free and it looked like it had been cleaned at all. The table was sticky and the floors were a mess. Our waitress wasn’t super attentive and not very friendly. We both ordered beer to start off and she didn’t ask for our Ids. We’re both in our mid twenties so I found that strange seeing as I get carded at basically every restaurant and liquor store I step into. The food was definitely not worth it at all. If it didn’t arrive fairly quickly I would have given this place one star. We also had to ask for silverware and napkins which the waitress basically dropped at the edge of our table for us. The fish and the shrimp were overcooked and very rubbery. The Mac and cheese and the pizza were both meh. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Terrible service, terrible food. The«New» Spinach dip was ice cold and nasty. The Hamburger was not cooked(and I like it rare). Should have known when we say nobody eating outside at all. There were 2 tables seated in the entire restaurant and nobody was getting served.

I was working at a convention next door and had a little money, so I thought I would treat myself to a little pizza. Uno’s now has a 2/$ 12 menu that was perfect for me. I got a individual deep dish(cheese) and a macaroni and cheese. I wait somewhere in the range of 20 – 30 minutes, and bring my food back to the convention. Now mind you, I was working. Any time I spend away from my table is probably not in my best interest. But whatever, you only live once. A half an hour won’t make me or break me. I get my food back and… wait…is that sausage? I call, they were very apologetic, and told me that my new pizza would be done in ten minutes. I wait five minutes, and leave to get my pizza. Where I waited for another fifteen minutes. All in all, I was away from my booth for the better part of an hour. I start eating my food, and it was just… ok. The macaroni and cheese was more like fettucine alfredo, but it was edible. The pizza was slightly overdone. This is all too bad because they would have gotten my money three days in a row, but I wasn’t going to wait that long for food that was just average. It is also too bad in the future as I am At the DCU center for events more than one time during the year.

We just tried the restaurant again, this time doing a carry out order, they messed up the order, the 15 minutes they said it would take ended up to be 40 minutes plus. The food is very good, it’s just hard to know when the food’s going to come. if you’re in a hurry, you may not want to come here. The manager was very sorry about the mixups around our order, and we ended up getting about $ 75 — $ 100 worth of food for $ 20 or so on this visit. So they made it right on the visit.

So I haven’t been to unos in years and decided I would give them a shot. I was very surprised with the results the food is still over priced but the food was pretty good. I ordered a deep dish número uno and chicken and Spinage pizza regular size. The número uno was very tasty and moist due to the fresh vegetables, the vegetables are crisp still not mushy so don’t expect sauteed vegetables. The chicken and Spinage was good but the breaded chicken was dry(I just washed it down with beer) besides that the pizza was awesome .I also ordered a chitown sampler which was not overpriced 12.99 for an app that was larger then there entrée dishes an cheaper lol. I would go back here again good service and good food an they keep the beers flowing ;)

I didn’t give it one star because the bathroom was clean. There was so much butter on the vegetables, I couldn’t tell what they tasted like. Waitress was not enthusiastic at all. «water» was so bad, I had to order bottled water. If my dish cost $ 4, I would have given it a better rating. I regret tipping the waitress, but it’s something I do no matter what. They need some morale and a supervisor that is on point all the time. I expected to see a lot lower reviews here. Only went there because across the street was sold out, Uno’s might of had 10 tables… totally made sense. Never ever again giving this location another shot, there has to be a McDonald near by that could save me $ 20+. It’s funny, the bathroom was the best part of the entire experience. Oh yeah, the music… it must be for high school students or something. Maybe sitting at the bar is a better experience?

Connected with Hilton and I didn’t feel like driving so I figured I’d try Uno. Staff was friendly and service was good. Went with a Caesar salad and Deep dish número uno. Salad was crisp and dressing had good flavor. Pizza was good as well. Was planning on getting something sweet but I was stuffed after the salad and pizza.

A friend and I were trying to kill time in between film screenings at the annual Rock and Shock horror convention. «What to do?» we asked ourselves, trying to find a worthy way to spend our time. We decided to grab a bite to eat, as we were both famished. Little did we know what would await us… His name was Donnie and he was potentially the greatest server I have ever encountered. This man, nay, this paragon of virtue embodied the appropriate qualities one expects in someone who works in the public service sector. He anticipated every question I could inquire about, often before I even thought of them. More than once, he would tell me about something I had no idea I was curious about. He fed into my dining companions sugar addiction, concocting a libation that was so rich and sweet, merely smelling it almost sent me into a diabetic coma. His skills at banter were put to use, as I traded barbs with him at a past almost as rapid as the wait between ordering and serving our food. In short, if you have a chance, order a meal with Donnie. It just might make this numero Uno on your place to have a sit-down meal in Worcester.

Uno’s contacted me to try and resolve the issue I had with slow service the very next day. I like to see that with every company. Happy to see that and would give them another shot next time in town.

It’s casual and pretty much a typical chain restaurant nothing fancy nothing extraordinary so you shouldn’t be disappointed unless you order a steak.

Unclean. Filthy glass– I drank half my iced tea in the dim dining room before realizing the glass was not just dirty, it was FILTHY. There was no way this sludge-filmed glass had been washed before being served to me. It made my skin crawl and stomach churn with the thought of the bacteria that must have been on that glass. No matter how much I used to like the food here, I will never go back.

Was staying at the Hilton and decided to go here for a business dinner. Two of us had the Rattlesnake pasta, one had steak and shrimp, and one had pizza. As an appetizer we had the shrimp and crab dish. That was super yummy! Service was pretty good and the food was above average for a chain restaurant. And convenient staying right inside the hotel for dinner.

Field greens and walnut salad was so fresh and yummy, but for the price it was small. I followed it up with a decent bowl of New England clam chowder. Nothing write home about but would definitely want to try more from the menu.

Stopped in before Disney on Ice with the BFF and the boys… We hadnt been in years… It was actually a good time — the kids ate(which is often surprising for our kids)… Food was fast enough for the show & we were done. Service was crazy as one show had just let out & another was soon starting… It was a mad house but it was a decent time… We not frequent the Uno on Rt 9 as the kids LOVE to make their own pizza now…

The chopped power salad did not contain the listed chicken. I was unable to have the almonds on the side due to a nut mix. The salad was very tasty and large. The kitchen was slow and the waitress was rude and unattentive.
