Don’t fall for their gift card promos. We went there around last Christmas and bought 2 of the $ 100 giftcards and the waittress offered if we buy a $ 100 giftcard then we can get 3 free meals of $ 8.99 each so essentially $ 27 for free. She said we can use it anytime for all of use as we had 3 people in the party there. I said OK give me 2 of the $ 100 cards so we got 2 vouchers each for 3 free meals worth $ 8.99 each. Fast forward a couple of months and we went back and now the waiter said«hey, you can only use those for the free meals Mon-Thurs before 5pm. So OK. Skip that for today then. We went back a few weeks later a different waittress said we can use them for whatever meals we want and they will deduct $ 8.99 from the meal. But she said they can only do 1 promo per visit per table. That means we have to go there 6 times… before 6÷1÷16. Not gonna happen. So as you can see it’s a complete waste of the promo. Around the holidays all restaurants run promos for giftcards. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy them here. The food is good but they don’t train their staff well so they have no clue.

I have been here several times and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Those rolls are delicious and free peanuts make me smile! The last 3 times I have been here were less than satisfactory but I continue to return because everyone has a bad night. Tonight must be one of those nights, the staff seems preoccupied and someone is sleeping in the waiting area. I am not sure if this place is starting to lose its magic or if it is me!

This was the worst place ever, second time I had a nightmare there, I ordered a 12oz prime rib and it came out with a least 11oz of fat I, complained to the manager she did not care she told me the best she would do is take 20 percent off the cost of the prime rib. The waiter whisked it away and through it in the trash, so no other customers would see it. very very rude don’t waste your money, very dishonest I eat out frequently, and I have never been treated like that.

I am amazingly impressed with the service at this Texas Roadhouse. We have been 4 or so times during peak times… Saturday nights/V-day. They were crazy busy! The service was just exceptional. They are efficient without making you feel rushed. Have had the burger to high end steaks. All cooked beautifully and delivered as soon as they were done. For a chain, I can’t find anything to complain about.

Ordered a 24 oz bone in ribeye from their case(off menu)! Medium well to perfection! Great place and a great steak.

Texas Roadhouse is my favorite restaurant but this place is VERY hit or miss. Some nights the ribs are delicious and fall right off the bone and other nights they’re hard and dry and disintegrate in my mouth(yuck). The BBQ chicken is moist, the rolls are always fresh and hot and yummy and the servings are good. The service is good everyone is nice and friendly and the wait is never long because we always call ahead. But I wish this place wasn’t so inconsistent.

Great service, decent food. Went on a busy Saturday night, the place was packed and very very loud. We were seated within 15 mins. Ordered the 6 oz filet, it was alright nothing special. The streak fries were good but green beans not so much, too greasy and had too much smoke. My companion had the prime rib with fries and apple sauce. Not bad for $ 40.00. Will go back, but not in any rush. The service was prompt and attentive.

Ok so my wife talked me into going back and I figured it fit well with my low carb diet so what the hell. Here’s the deal, the meat is a couple of cuts below«prime» which is an actual grading designation. If this is the best you’ve had you have not had good steak. The meat is most likely needled to make it seem more tender than it would be. It is also not dry aged so it is not even in the same category of Mortons, Capital Grille or Abe & Louis, but it is half the price so I guess you get what you pay for. The green beans are canned, the salad is bland and the noise of the place and the stupid peanuts make it a place to avoid.

The warm rolls and butter are amazing(and free). Staff is excellent. Steaks are good. Giving 4 stars because some of the other menu items aren’t up to par. Stick to the steak and you’ll be happy.

Used to love this place, but I’m officially grossed out. We went here on 9⁄18 for dinner. The food and service is always fine, and I do love the steak tips. This particular occasion however, I went to use the men’s room. While washing my hands an employee with an apron on(I assume a kitchen worker) came out of a stall and stood at the sink next to me, playing on his phone. I washed my hands longer than usual to see if he’d actually turn the sink on or just leave. When I turned to dry my hands he dipped out of the bathroom and went right back to work. Gross.

It wasn’t my favourite, I had a burger which was a bit below average. Texas Roadhouse is worse than Outback which is worse than Longhorn

The food was decent. The rolls are delicious! Our server must have been new(I’m hoping). She never cleared one plate or cup off our table. We had apetizers and extra plates and cups there the whole meal. The tables are not that big!

Why have I not been here sooner. I felt like I was in texas, once I left had to play some country music. All staff ppl were knowledgeable & smiling and seem like they all luv there jobs. Dallas filet was excellent and had a wonderful experience. … definitely a comeback.

The food is just medicore; what you would expect from a chain restaurant. It is very loud and busy inside. Overall it was an okay experience, but I won’t be returning.

Fresh complimentary warm rolls smothered in cinnamon butter… yes please. Thus far, I have yet to find any complaints with any of the entrees at this restaurant at the few locations we have tried. Not only is the environment some-what cozy, but thus far the staff who work there help contribute to a customer-friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Disappointed with our take-out order. After even tipping the take-out person for making sure my order was correct, I was missing the cream gravy from my country fried steak order, and the steak salad’s steak looked like reject cuts which had an excess of fat and gristle. I rang the restaurant to make sure my steak was supposed to come with gravy, to which the manager replied that one had to specify that they wanted cream or brown gravy. Well, I double checked the online and even downloaded the PDF menu, and it says nothing of the sort. Not happy.

It’s a fairly run of the mill steakhouse. Nothing special. The steaks aren’t seasoned that well so they’re bland but they seem to be able to get a good medium rare doneness down. Their rolls were decent though. I ordered one of their chicken dishes that had gravy on it. It was tasty and they gave me a ridiculously huge portion so I had enough for a second meal later. I had the rice pilaf on the side which was very unimpressive. It was that parboiled funky rice you get from really cheap places. My husband had a sirloin that was bland and tough. But it was nice and pink on the inside. All in all, the meal was nothing to write home about. You could probably make a better steak at home for a lot less money.
