Dining room big enough and very clean, I ordered grilled North Atlantic salmon! It was best, four star because service was SO SO slow, they need to improve the service.

We stopped in on a whim for an early dinner and boy were we surprised. The atmosphere was typical pub, but clean and inviting. Our server, April A. was superb. From the moment we sat down until the moment we left, she was attentive, polite, and all around a nice person. It was such a breath of fresh air to have such a wonderful waitress. They are hard to come by these days. The food was excellent (we recommend the crispy Brussels sprouts as an appetizer… they are delectable!). The food arrived promptly and we always had a full drink. I would recommend Jimmy’s to anyone! Great place and great staff. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been coming here since it opened and the food is good, and service is good. There isn’t a variety, but that’s what keeps the food consistent. They have good apps, and drinks. I like it here, and it’s always busy. I just wish the plaza would allow them parking spaces for take out only. It’s not a great place to park on a Friday night when you’re doing take out.

This place has good burgers and appetizer choices but the host had a nasty attitude don’t know if we’ll be back because of that you’re the first face the costumer sees I don’t think you should be representing the company with that nasty attitude if it was up to me that night I would’ve told my fiancé right away we are not welcome here let’s go somewhere else

I come here relatively often and the wait staff is always friendly and attentive. The place, even during the busier times, is always clean and the service is quick. Food is also unbeatable, but especially the fish which is a pleasant surprise since it can be difficult to find well done and properly cooked fish.

This place looks like a fun place from the outside. If you’re intent is to grab a few drinks you might be happy but if you’re looking for a nice sit down meal, I suggest you choose another restaurant. The food was just ok, the aftermath of what my family encountered is the reason I will never return. We were all sick.

I went out with my family for a nice meal and found out that Jimmy’s had $ 5 burger night which was fantastic! We all tried the Texas and Jimmy’s burger. The portion was really big and filling. The burger came with a side of your choice I. e French fries, sweet potato fries, veggies. I tried the Texas burger and it was delicious, I had it well done with a little pink and it was still very moist. The sweet potato fries was big pieces. They were great, very soft on the inside and sweet. You had to order a drink to get the $ 5 burger deal and I chose a raspberry milkshake with whip cream. I love drinking milkshakes and I say it can be just as good as Starbucks frappacinos.
I liked the décor, it was very nice, a cabin home feel. The noise level was ok we could still hear each other in our table. The waitress was also very nice. The place was busily packed but she didn’t rush to take our orders. Even though it was busy we didn’t have to wait very long for our orders. I’m giving it full stars because I had a wonderful first time experience there.

Good solid American pub food.
Great chicken parm, good sturdy meatloaf with mashed potatoes (and cornbread – ? Cornbread with meatloaf? How about something green?)
Steak tip salad great, burgers good (although medium rare seems to be unachievable), seafood fresh and generally well-​cooked.
$ 5 burgers on Monday night a ridiculous value, even if they are usually overcooked.
Service generally earnest, if not always knowledgable. $ 16 prime rib on Wednesday can’t be beat.
Nothing amazing here, but a friendly and consistent neighborhood-​y place.

I went there last night with my wife and two sons. It seemed pretty busy but we we seated right away (8 pm). Ordered some drinks and some Spinach Dip which came out fairly quickly and was good. Then we ordered our meals, two burgers, chicken fingers and Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese… It took an hour for us to get the food! My kids were starving and cranky by the time the food came out. The food was okay, but never going back again because of the long wait!

lunch recently, large square place with a bar side and a dining side and a fireplace, we ate at the bar, service was pleasant, drinks were good and as ordered, the special blackberry martini was really approved my my wife, i had the chicken sandwich, the thunderbird, very good with a side salad, wife had the scallop steak special which was great, also with a side salad… very good all over and then we got the check and it went to a 5!!! very reasonably priced which is really nice to find these days, good, INEXPENSIVE food, liked it!!!
oh, they could improve the music!

Food was amazing! Pasta dish was to die for, can’t wait to go back. Service was pretty good too.

Jimmys has been tradition. My family and I go to jimmys on Mondays for burger night every Monday religiously. Jimmys has the BEST BURGERS I’ve ever eaten, best turkey and chicken options also. The different kinds they have to offer are all incredible — anything from avocados and pico de gaillo stuffed burgers to onion rings and BBQ sauce stuffed. The sides are ALL fantastic. The entire restaurant is VERY good and VERY clean and friendly. I recommend TO EVERYONE ANYDAY ANYTIME.

I’ve been here a couple of times and was pleased with each visit. The lunch menu is a smaller version of the dinner menu, and it’s a little limited, but contains something for everyone. The dinner menu has more options. I went once for lunch and once for dinner. For lunch I had a salad with grilled salmon on it, which is a bold choice at a place that’s known for their burgers and steaks. However, the greens and fish were fresh. To be totally transparent, I can’t remember, for the life of me, what I ordered when I went for dinner. Maybe it was the bottle of wine I split with the other members of my party. I do remember the calamari, though. And that appetizer alone we worth going back for. Go for dinner for more options, but the lunch menu also has great options.

Went here last month around 4 and were extremely disappointed. The hostess didn’t even acknowledge us so we sat ourselves after standing in front of her for a couple minutes. We sat at a table by the bar and waited forever even though there were only 3 tables seated in the bar area (although the bar was packed). I was ready to get our drinks from the bar by the time a staff member came and got our drink order– she said our server wasn’t in yet. Based on the level of service we got, clearly servers do not benefit from picking up unstaffed tables. When our server finally arrived, we received acceptable service. I’d say the way management had planned service for the evening made us extremely frustrated before we even met our server for the evening.
My husband loved his appetizer, my burger was OK, and the mac & cheese our server recommended was creamy and bland like it was made with all Velveeta cheese.
Bottom line is that the food wasn’t worth the wait, and we spent less than ¹⁄₃ of the money we would’ve if we’d been served in a timely manner because we arrived starving and wanting to relax and catch up with friends over drinks. When we wanted a second round of drinks, we decided to take the rest of our meals to go and stop at the liquor store in the shopping center to avoid dealing with the wait.

A wonderful restaurant that always gives a great meal. It is very popular place for the locals and parking can be tight. It is all good here especially the steak entrees. Excellent service. Plan ahead and make reservations to be safe.

Pro’s: Attentive servers, great bread while you wait for your meal, extensive beer/​wine/​cocktail menu, awesome apps.
Cons: A very loud place (not bad if you don’t care :)), only one vegetarian entrée — mac n’ cheese (wicked good, though!!!), and parking sucks.
I had an awesome salad and mozzarella sticks. My boyfriend got a huge helping of mac n’ cheese that I kept stealing bites of! And my friend got a bleu burger, and said it was awesome.
Please add a few more veg options, and I’ll come back :) Still gets an awesome review, regardless.

I’ve only been once (February 15, 2014) but that experience was so overwhelmingly negative I’m having difficulty imagining returning.
I went with two friends and while my food wasn’t amazing I wouldn’t have called it horrible, probably 2 – 2.5 out of 5. And before I metaphorically tear into this experience I enjoyed the buffalo chicken rangoons.
My best friend had the turkey burger and literally couldn’t stomach more than one bite of it, it was refunded (which is nice of them) but she didn’t order anything else because of how poor that was.
Her friend that was with us had to step out to vomit, I’m not sure that needs any further commentary.
Another friend came to join us after we’d mostly finished and we told her she’d be better off going elsewhere.
I’ve actively discouraged people from going here as recently as earlier today, I sincerely hope that the above was just a bad day or something and that normally their food is a lot better but I haven’t been able to shake the associated negativity long enough to give them a second chance.

The Food was ok.
Could put a little more seasoning on the food.
We had the appetizer sampler. Pickle chips and zucchini fries are delicious and the honey buffalo strips were tender.
We got the Texas Burger (tasty) And Jimmys Burger (Bland).
We didn’t care for the fact that they didn’t clear the table as we finished. By the end of the dinner we had 6 planted and 4 glasses on our table because they never picked up out first glasses and app plates.
Clean, fast service. Good place to eat when you just want to just fill your tummy and you’re not being picky

I stopped in for a late lunch because I remembered the fireplace here and it is snowy out! The ambience is fantastic-​soft rock/​pop played at the right volume; the large stone fireplace in the center of the dining area gives a warm feeling to most seating locations. I ordered a warm steak salad which was chock full of colorful veggies and the steak was marinated and cooked perfectly. To top it off, the service provided by Don was outstanding. He was warm, welcoming, helpful and checked in appropriately. I recommend this as a nice place to linger and am looking forward to my
Next trip back to Worcester!

Went with an old friend from college when visiting Worchester.
The waitress was efficient and friendly, with consistent check ins. The food was a good portion, a little large for lunch but tasty. I am a fan of the steak salad.
