Papa Gino’s Pizzeria

This is absolutely the last time I will EVER order from Papa Gino’s. Almost always cold pizza and over an hour and 15 minutes to deliver when I live less than ¼ of a mile from the store. Really? When I called the store to find out where my order was they had no idea if it had been sent, which driver took it or when it would be delivered. They did the usual and offered the food for free or a credit for the next order, but there will not be a next order, so I declined. There are other places in the area that serve just as good, if not better pizza. So that’s exactly what I did, order from another place and it got here before the Papa Gino’s driver arrived. He offered the food for free, but I declined. Don’t waste your time or your money. Support a local pizza place in your area. And, just so you know, I do not work for nor am I related to anyone who owns a restaurant or pizzeria. This is just horrible service with marginal food.
UPDATE: I received a call from the district manager for Papa Gino’s. She could not have been nicer and apologized again and again and again. She also offered me a $ 50 gift card, but I turned her down. The point of filing the complaint was to let them know how disappointed I was at their service and attitude. She said the entire store staff is being re-​trained and hoped I would give them another try. I may do so, but not now. Because of her call and the sincerity of her actions, I have added a star to the rating.

I work next door so I constantly order from here when I need food and my belly is rumbling… or when i crave a slice of pizza… One of the only places around that sells thin crust slices… Only thing is prices has gone up… I have had almost everything on the menu… but my favs are the chicken parm with ziti. comes with a bread stick too. the super steak is yum and all the sandwiches are on the fresh baked bread. oh yeah the hotdog kids meal is a great go to. perfect size… it’s long and on a toasted buttered bun…

I come here at the most weekly. I am satisfied with the pasta, ravioli and the pizza. The pizza, I will tell you is fantastic. Come here if you want pizza, pasta or ravioli.
