New Chef Ho Restaurant

Girl at the front desk is friendly. The guys that work here are nice too. They definitely seem a lot cleaner than before I was here. This is one of the best Chinese food places in Worcester. Quick service.

Probably the best delivery Chinese food we have had so far in Worcester. Nice combo platters, fast delivery, typical Chinese cuisine. I’m a big crab Rangoon fan and I thought they were a little under stuffed, it tasted mostly like the breading which was disappointing. Everything else was great. Now our go-​to place Chinese delivery restaurant.

If you’re looking for a cure to your hangover, you’ve come to the right spot. Chef ho is exactly what you pay for: fast, cheap Chinese food– and I’m not complaining. Try their lobster sauce with white or fried rice or their beef teriyaki. Delivery is a $ 10 minimum and an additional $ 2.50 charge. Pickup is fast and the order has always been correct for me. They also give you plenty of duck sauce, soy sauce, hot mustard and fortune cookies.

The food is so-​so, just your average Chinese food. I ordered the chow fun, but there was barely any noodle. It came with lots and lots of vegetables, including green peppers; which I hate. The sesame chicken was good, but the pork fried rice it came with didn’t taste fresh.

Low prices and great food! We are fans of the teriyaki beef on a stick, chicken with cashews, beef and brocolli, and fried rice. The older lady behind the counter is a character and a half. She has personality for sure.

The only place thats ever told me they CAN’T make Kung Pao Chicken without vegetables. Makes me think that everything is already premade and just heated up. Will be taking my business someone else.

II have ordered from Chef ho since I moved to Worcester and they were up on Vernon st. I have never had a bad meal. Love, love, love the spicy beef teriyaki! The only thing that upsets me, is you can pay by credit card in the restaurant, but not over the phone for delivery. Does anyone carry cash anymore? But, even with that said, I wouldn’t order from anywhere else. I have tried other places, but nothing compares.

We eat her at least once every two weeks. Sometimes having delivery– but its not as hot as I would like it and it takes almost 45 mins to deliver. Pick up orders are normally 15 mins. Its always clean inside the restaurant and no dirty drays at tables.
Rice and lo main dishes have flavor and are not over cooked mush. (But sometimes is a little oily) The combination dinner and lunch dishes are a good deal. Substitutions only costing a $ 1. Good size portions with not much fat on the teriyaki sticks. Some combination dish portions of the meat or veggie are not always consistent depending on the cook that is on– but overall good taste despite the size. (Crab rangoon are small but not loaded with cream cheese to appear full.)

I mean I been to a few around Worcester. But this place has never let me down. food always taste good. and I can’t get over how fast they are. must go here. best L ride stop.

Chef ho ranks high with me for worcester chinese food. They aren’t the «best tasting» chinese in the city but they rank high with me for overall satisfaction. They deliver very fast. I practically keep them on speed dial. The food arrives hot and sometimes so fast that i’m sure they left something out. But nope as usual my large complicated order is always exact. Again, its not going to be on the food network for anything spectacular but if it is a day when you crave it but don’t want to leave the house, this is the place. There is one place on park ave (i wont mention the name) that delivers but the food has a funny smell and taste to it everytime. All delivery is not created equal.

Overall I was not impressed at all with the food here. I got the general tsaos chicken and it had zero flavor. The crab rangoon had less than an ounce of filling and was extremely disappointing. I will not be going back there again.
