Waiting in line with a couple dozen other folks. We called in our order and they told us 45 minutes. I arrived to both doors appearing to be locked, but just very hard to open. It was hard to get to the front of the line because so many people have been waiting for a long time. One gentleman’s wife called in an order at 4 o’clock and by 7:30 had still not received the order. I was not about to wait that long, but I was going to wait for a little bit. The phone kept ringing and the ladies kept answering to take more orders. I finally made it up to the register all thanks to a young gentleman who opens the door for me and politely explain the situation to not only myself but every newcomer that came through that door. God bless him. He had been waiting for two hours. I gave the lady my phone number for my order. No order number existed for me. Girls kept coming out with food saying order number this order number that and would not tell anyone what was in the order. One of those orders could possibly have been mine or someone that was standing next to me who was also not assigned a number. The girls at the register were not just very rude, but downright IGNORED us. Anytime I asked a question they would answer the phone or walk back into the kitchen and completely ignore me. Folks in line were sweet and every time someone got food we’d all clap for each other and say Happy New Year! I had enough of waiting so I headed over to Price Chopper to pick up some rice vegetables and chicken to stir fry for my husband and I for New Years Eve instead. I walked back over to the restaurant and went inside the door and showed the folks I was standing in line with for more than an hour what I had purchased. Everyone shouted hooray! People were jolly and generally in a good mood. I was very disgruntled at how I was treated. I was completely ignored on several occasions. If I had known that I was going to not have an order number or receive this kind of treatment I never would have ordered. The food is generally pretty good, but the last time I went in a couple of days ago I ordered this string bean with rice and not only did they not have string beans but they substituted with what I thought was just broccoli and garlic sauce. It ended up to be broccoli carrots mushrooms and a whole bunch of other vegetables thay I was not anticipating. Everyone orders Chinese food on New Years Eve and this establishment has been here for years. Get it right. If any lesson I’ve learned it’s that I will never order from this place at a busy time; possibly not ever again because of how they handled it. To all of you that got your food her a Happy New Year congratulations enjoy! I posted this and I am editing it now. A driver showed up at 830pm at our door with our order. How do we feel? They wanted our money. The driver was a SWEETHEART though. We tipped him well. He apologized on behalf of the restaurant. Still unsure of restaurant however..

The lady that always answers the phone(I’m assuming is the owner)?? Is very nice and polite and The delivery driver think his name is Lee is very nice. Food is GREAT!!! Scallion pancakes and crab rangoons are so good. Orange chicken is good. It’s very expensive though and delicerys usually take forever. One time the guy brought me the wrong order and it wasn’t Lee, so he didn’t speak English and made everything difficult. Over all it’s the best Chinese in Worcester and I have never been sick after it! You can also dine in if you want. Oh and the hot and sour soup is TODIEFOR!!!

First time I’ve ordered from here. Ordering over the phone sucked a lot of background noise could barely hear the lady on the phone. The food arrived very quickly and hot. Spare ribs are tender and sweet a bit to saucy for me but better then most places in Worcester. Crab Rangoon are crispy and golden brown good filling to wonton ratio also sweet but very good. Chicken fingers are tender and large pieces of chicken. Beef teriyaki is ok not great. The broccoli and carrots are cooked perfectly in the beef and broccoli beef is tender and not overly sauced. Pork fried rice is a yellowish rice with chopped onions and chopped spare ribs. It is simple but tasty. Lomain is very greasy and has a vegetable flavor even though I ordered chicken… but it did have large pieces of carrot celery onion and beansprouts very hearty lomain. Gen tso chicken is sweet and no spice even tho I asked for spicy I did ask for sauce on side and that an they gave me a tub on the side. Over all it was OK it’s not the worst Chinese in Worcester.

They delivered to the Hampton Inn in Auburn for me, which was the primary reason I ordered. When the food arrived, I was shocked at how much flavor it had. I ordered Beef Lo Mein and asked for it to be prepared extra spicy. It was perfect. Pork Fried Rice, Egg Roll, and the Hot and Sour Soup were fantastic. I definitely recommend.

The best Chinese Delivery around. Service is great, food is amazing, people are nice and the remember their«regulars». I called and they recognized my voice and knew my address and regular order — and I do NOT order every week ;) Our favorites are sesame chicken, crab rangoons, pork lo mein… could go on but now I’m getting hungry and need to call in an order.

My. daughter and I love China Sea. It is clean and the staff is so frindly. The food is good and the servings are generous. So much better than some of the more expensive restaurants in Worcester. Just had wonderfully crisp pan fried peking ravioli. Our main course it’s chicken lo mein and kung pao chicken. The lo mein was filled with chicken and veggies, much more than at other restaurants. The kung pao was spicy and had just the right contrasr of textures. If you Peter good food over fancy décor, this is an excellent choice.

What more could I want than a Chinese food place that delivers, & also gives you a complimentary liter of soda. Food tastes just like Chinese food. There egg drop soup is delicious and isn’t that watery vegetable tasting type from Nancy Changs. It resembles more of a Yong Shing’s style soup. No complaints. Decent Chinese food for a decent price, with nice employees!

No MSG, you dont get that thirsty feeling after your meal. Order extra, next day left overs are tasty and not greasy. Fried rice is yellow not that burnt brown stuff. Portions are traditional asian size, easily feeds more than 1 or two meals for one. Like it hot, they can do. I would recommend China Sea for take out or a quick stop and eat in. No wait staff so dont plan on a fancy dining space. Very clean.

It isn’t the greatest place for Chinese in the world, but the owners are sweethearts and I enjoy going to pick up my food. They always make sure the order is correct over the phone before hanging up. The pork fried rice is delicious, the spare ribs and the crab ragoons are good. I don’t like the beef terriyaki or the vegetables in the sauce. I order here about once every two weeks. Its an OK place in my book.

This is easily the best Chinese I’ve had. The food isn’t dark or burnt, it seems less greasy and just better quality all around. I usually stick to the general gaus meal and it is fantastic. Also, they have the best duck sauce I’ve ever had, it comes in packets.

Not the world’s greatest Chinese, but the owners are so super nice. They always repeat your order to make sure it’s correct, they customize menu items for me all the time and they always give us extra sauces. Also, they deliver and I’m a lazy prick.

I had the sweet & sour chicken with crab rangoons, spring roll and rice. It was ok, definately not the worst I’ve had. I’ll probably go there again sometime, out of convenience.

I feel the food is the same as China one. Defiantly not a place I think of when I want Chinese food. Not top on my list, the food quality is a bit on the poor side.

The food is not what I had expected. The fried rice contained only bean sprouts & was a glaring yellow color. The pork in garlic sauce was gelatinous & not very flavorful considering the copious amount of sauce. The veggies were the best part. The General Gau’s was very sweet & was not spicy — at all. I know it’s an entirely Americanized dish — but I still wanted some heat to it. We’ll give them a few months to break in their new business… but I’m still grieving the loss of China One :(
