I got into a fender bender that was more like a front end bender in December of 2012. My car was towed to their location and the work was completed over the course of 4.5 weeks. They did such a great job that the car looked like new! They even cleaned and vacuumed the inside, found more pens then I could have guessed under the seat (aka The Abyss), and even saved me money on my premium on a $ 5,100 repair.
Four months later, my radiator began to leak. I gave them a call and they saw me that day, fixed the clamp causing the leak, topped off the fluid, and even delivered the car back to my office. To top off the experience, they didn’t charge for new the clamp.
With this kind of exemplary service, I will never consider another body shop.
