The Victorian Rose Day Spa

I had an appointment for an updo & was very pleased with the staff & the way my hair looked, I would go back & recommend this salon to family & friends. Thanks

This past Friday I went to The Victorian Rose Day Spa, had an appt to get a cut and color and eyebrows waxed … My appt was for 10, got there for 9:50 sat in the front for over 15 minutes, staff walked by, nobody said hello they just looked, didn’t ask if I wanted to purchase nor if I had an appointment (who ignores a customer?) Then, I got to meet my stylist — showed her a front, side and back view of the hair cut I wanted and told her what color I wanted (which was strawberry blonde) and she went about her business and what I got in the end was NOT the style nor the color I wanted — I got platinum blonde thick and heavy highlights and she asked if I was happy and I honestly told her no, it was not what I wanted and she assumed I was joking… I was in tears, she then brought me over to the register and cashed me out. who does this? I will never EVER go back there… so disappointed my husband works very hard for his money and to end up spending over $ 130 for something that I am so very unhappy with and heartbreaking…(

Went for a couple chocolate message for my birthday!
Massages and mud treatment were very good.
But ten minutes limit to take a couple shower with only a bottle of some kind of soap that only took the mud off not the smell and a tiny package of shampoo and crème rinse for long think waist long hair I don’t think so! No any thing to wash with. Only one towel per person good thing I didn’t wash my hair! It was 40 degrees outside would not want to go outside with wet hair in this cold!
Not everyone very was very friendly. We just came home had to re shower and wash my hair. My husband too. Took more than ten minutes…
Next time fine a different place!
Rather pay more if it’s worth it! I

I just went in today for a Swedish massage with Heidi. She is phenomenal! I’ve had well over ten massages at a bunch of places, and she was one of the best. She paid a lot of attention to detail. Im a waitress and she did a very good job massaging my ankles, knees, feet, and shoulders. I already booked my next appointment. I was very impressed.

Such a great salon!!! Amy G. Is amazing! Definitely recommend her for a haircut and wax! You won’t be disappointed! Reasonably priced!

Love it here! Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Koko has been doing my hair for years and I wouldn’t let anyone else near it! I always enjoy a nice glass of wine and read a magazine while my color sets… perfection :-)
