Wendy’s

They are not open for breakfast and the food safety inspection report taped to the drive-​thru window shows a score of only 88. A better warning to stay away is difficult to imagine.

If there was a score lower than one star… they would get it. Poor customer service, poor attitude and no desire to serve the customer.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in a long time. For the last five years, they have never once served hot or fresh fries.
I order my fries with no salt because of a health reason. Last time I went, they actually re-​fried old fries they had already made. They were all crunchy, hard, and dark. Not to mention nearly inedible.
I’ve gotten the wrong drink and food here more than I’ve gotten the right stuff. I used to live really close to this Wendy’s and no matter how many times I kept «just giving them one more try,» they never failed to disappoint.
It’s not hard to do your job. Stop being lazy. They have run this Wendy’s into the ground. They are rarely busy because of how terrible their food is.

Slower than molasses in January. Nothing ready at 6 PM. It’s dinner time! If this place was less convenient, it would be doomed for sure.

One day we got some chicken nuggets from Wendy’s, I wanted Wendy’s food but my mom wanted Los bravos, so we got some Wendy’s and then went to Los bravos. When we came back we soon found that they towed our car!!! Unbelievable that we have ever spent money there! Thanks Wendy’s we will NEVER come back!

I like Wendy’s a lot but this one location is trying really hard to change that. It’s just around the corner from our home so it is convenient. The trouble is they manage to mess up just about every order I make. Sometimes I get the wrong order, other times I get items on my sandwich I requested not to get and another time I was asked to wait 5 mins for fresh fries. I waited happily and got my order of old, overcooked and cold fries. Not sure how many times you can mess up an order for one family but it happens a lot here.

Horrible. Arrived here to use the drive thru in the evening. It was clearly dark outside yet no exterior lights were on at this eatery. It looked like it was closed. The young lady at the drive thru provided attitude and horrendous customer service. Don’t give me an attitude when I ask for ketchup. This is a major blemish on the chain and specifically the franchise owner.

They never get orders right, don’t understand the term «fast» food, have the worst and rudest managers in town, and serve food that tends to be either overcooked or still frozen. Don’t go near this place if you value your dignity and sanity

My food is usually cold when I come here. They do offer to replace the meals when this happens thing is as often as they let me down I just don’t feel like going back even for free food.
And about that dudes car being towed wow how low can you go. I thought the signs at los bravos were just to scare you. Goooood to know.

This place is the worst ! I travel all over the SE. And frequent Wendy’s; I like their product but is place is the worst of all ! They get orders wrong 100% of the time! the managers are rude ! I contacted Wendy’s Corp. About this store; they basically said I was lieing ! Eat anywhere else but here ! Don’t walk… run from this location ! But … If you do eat at this location and have a bad experience; which you will … I’ll say «i told ya so » !!!

What an awful establishment. The staff, managers and even area director are a bunch of worthless souls. Well, how do you know that Ryan? I know that because I spoke will all of them on day after some terrible service and treatment.
I used to swing in here with my wife and grab frosties on the weekends. Kind of a stupid, but fun thing to do when we were running around. Well on night we run over to this Wendy’s grab a frosty and walk next door to see some friends on the neighboring restaurants patio.
After 10 minutes we come back to the car to find it being towed! That’s right, we were illegally parked at a business we just spent money at 10 minutes earlier. Well, a hundred dollars, a few dozen calls, and an official Wendy’s corporate «sorry, but we’re not responsible» later I have decided to write this terrible franchise off. How are you not responsible for calling a tow truck to tow my car? It was bad enough all I’d eat from here was a frosty, but I won’t even step foot in the building now.
This place suuuuucks!
