I always like their iced coffee. Whenever I need a coffee fix, I’m so happy that there’s the dunkin donuts near the subway of 61st St. Woodside. I don’t have to look elsewhere and just go there.

The people who works here are mostly indians and bangladeshi and they are noisy as shit. They dont listen to what i say and they end up giving me a wrong order. Aside from the place is filthy it’s just really a bad store…

Nice-enough Baskin at this DD location.

I feel like I continue to strike out with Dunkin Donuts lately. I’ve already had a previous negative experience here, where I was over charged for donuts(I didn’t realize until after I got home when I was looking at the receipt). Today we had a negative experience when ordering ice cream. We asked for one scoop of peanut butter chocolate ice cream and when I noticed the guy was scooping the wrong ice cream, I told him of his mistake. He then put the ice cream back and proceeded to scoop the same one. After it was made I told him again that was not what I asked for and I had told him repeatedly that.

I never thought I would hate a Dunking Donuts! This place was not only filthy, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was not even edible. I know when I go into a chain restaurant, I will get what I pay for… but this was AWFUL! I have been to other Dunking Donuts that were just fine, but this one is the WORST!

Stay far away from their iced coffee!!! I got one with vanilla syrup which did NOT contain any vanilla, just a mass of chemicals. The server put in way too much, and there was no coffee flavor at all, just chemistry and ice water and a surfeit of sticky sweetness. BESIDES that, the server asked me if I wanted sugar with the syrup!?! By definition, syrup is sweet, obviating the need for sugar, which is what I asked. The manager explained that they had sugar free and regular vanilla syrups. I asked for the regular. The sugar free must be even worse! And the noise level is beyond cell phone use — no sound dampening surfaces anywhere — so be prepared to text if you need to contact anyone.

Same people working here for years. Always at least 4 people working anytime I’ve came in. There’s always a line and you’ll never get consistent coffee and they take to long to make it. The staff are miserable and always yelling at each other back and forth. To much confusion among the staff at times on who should be doing what.

Went in after 6pm to get some munchkins and the cashier suggested I get the 25 for $ 5.49 and I said, sure since I needed more than 2. Then the lady packed the munchkins in the little box and grabbed them with a piece of wax-paper so clearly she felt how soft or in this case NOTSOFT the munchkins were but regardless she put them in. I get home to find out that the sugar powder ones are hard as a rock so basically half the munchkins were ruined. The only reason people even go in is because it is open 24hrs and the bus stop is right in front of it. Next time I feel like getting a bit fat I will gladly walk a few blocks or take the train a few stops to where I know I can surely get fresh donuts/munchkins. NEVERAGAIN! PSDD: I would gladly send you the video I took and prove your lack of freshness and quality control.

I bought regular coffee and asked for small portion of milk, the cashier declined and said they dont do that. My first time to encounter such kind of service and its weird for a coffee and donut store to declined a customer with a very basic request… I didnt ask for a carton of milk!

Unsatisfactory experiences, workers not educated to understand simple English, processed food and service is horrible.

This location is a bit of a mess. Mediocre service, stale donuts, and the employees are really easily frazzled. If there are more than 2 orders in or people in line and if you order anything that requires assembly, rest assured your order will be screwed up.

They serve coffee and put together some grub. The prices are fine and the staff is kind. The food is, well, you don’t want to watch them make it. Everything Is kept out in the open such as the cheese. Ordered a veggie flat bread sandwich and it was pretty comical dissecting it with my friends. Straight up egg«disk» clearly thawed slapped on an underwhelming flat bread. It’s a weak presentation and the taste was that of dirty water.

This is one of the least appealing DD locations I’ve been to. Service was ok and cheerful, but I watched the person making my egg sandwich wipe their mouth and then continue to make the sandwich. Boo!

Bad bad bad… went to get some ice cream and this was my worst customer experience. I went to the Basket Robin area and there was a person being helped so we waited. The employee gave the customer his shake and we waited… and waited… They just ignored us and walked passed us several times!!! Finally I went to the cashier and they tell me I have to pay first. We paid for one scoop and two scoop and the cashier was nice. The employee didn’t understand that my friend wanted the two scoop and I wanted the one scoop! Is that so hard??? Thank god I only visited NY and will never return here again!

This one worker who has a snarky face and usually works around 3am is the most obnoxious, incompetent, immature employee I’ve ever encountered. Firstly, I’m pretty sure I was scammed because he charged me again for hash browns and claimed he didn’t have the receipt. Then he gave me a small milkshake rather than a medium and when I told him he started laughing a lot and made me wait another 20 minutes.

Alright, so they’ve redone the place since I was here the night after the first half of my birthday weekend last year, and while I should be grateful they were around for me to ingest some seriously necessary carbs and fat to offset the day-after tequila monster, I’m not thrilled I was in Woodside to begin with so you get no points for this. I went here with Ju L. after the Unilocal Drinks kickoff in Queens a few hours ago, and picked up some dark hot chocolate and hash browns. I was alarmed by the gloves the cashier was wearing — they are there so that your food is handled with clean hands, yes? Then your glove should not be gray or have a hole in it. The hot chocolate tasted less like«dark chocolate» and more like«more hot chocolate mix,» but I think that’s not a location-specific issue(also, the small is tiny, and $ 2?). What I do figure is a location-specific issue is the confusing multiple, different, prices listed for many of the breakfast sandwiches, such that I have no idea how much anything would come out to be; and that our hash browns had a distinctly smoky flavor to them. «Smoky plastic,» offered Ju. Sounds about right.

Eh… There is very little that is remarkable about this Dunkin Donuts. In the middle of a very busy intersection, this place stays in business not because of any excellence of any kind but because of it’s convenience. This place is so uninspiring that it has taken me 3 attempts to write this review. One thing I should mention is how busy it is in the mornings, at times the line is very long and the servers in the midst of their busyness can be quite rude and impatient so make sure that you know exactly what you are going to order. There are only a few seats here so be prepared to take your order to go cause from what i’ve seen getting a seat here can be a little tricky. anyway this place is not horrible, it’s not great, it’s just good enough to get your caffeine fix.

This dunkin is not the best Ive ever been, but the counter staff tries their best to always take your order with a smile, well some of them. I have been here a million times since its so close to the subway station at 61st street. You just have to choose the better time to get your donuts once they are fresh either early mornings or in the mid afternoon. The people here are quite friendly and manage to do whatever I wanted with my latte’s which is just composed of cold milk and shot of espresso. They also have a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream station inside wherein You can buy ice cream cakes, ice cream cones and smoothies. A little bit pricey though. The only sad part on this store are the everyday bums that hang out inside because they just sit there and do nothing. But they dont really harm anybody esp this old lady that always pushes her carriage inside and sits near the cooler.

I’m shocked to see so many people reviewing the actual service here. That’s not what this location is for. Its for desperation. Because you only come here out of it, or you only come here to see it. I have never had a «normal» experience here. There’s is always someone whose batshit crazy in there, usually there’s more than one batshit crazy person at any given time, and in such a tiny area things get interesting fast. Everyone I know who comes here knows this but somehow there’s no mention of it here. I don’t live in the area, but I do know there are two regulars, or at least there were a year or two ago. A woman who comes in and curses everyone out very loudly without buying anything, and someone who is always rocking a stroller full of garbage back and forth, sometimes singing to it. They’re never asked to leave, it seems to be understood that its their spot. I gave it three stars because it is what it is. I have some weird affection for it.

I normally swing by this Dunkin Donuts while waiting at Woodside for the LIRR en route to the beach. This has to be one my least favorite in the city. There is always a long line, and the nonsense we went through on this specific occasion was almost enough to put me off ever coming back. My girlfriend made an attempt at ordering the #4(sausage, egg, cheese on croissant), but asked for bacon instead of sausage. They said no. NO! They said bacon only can go on the bagels(aka the #5). Really? After arguing that it’s the same exact price, just a different meat, they still wouldn’t budge. They continuously made it clear that sausage goes on a croissant, and bacon on a bagel. Let an overlord smite thee if thee think differently! Best part? When I tried to order the #4 the way it’s described, they tell us the ovens are down! After ALL that nonsense, THEOVENSAREDOWN! So much life could’ve been saved had that been the first thing they said! Oy. Shortly after this incident, I did return here and ordered just an iced coffee. It worked out well. And kudos on being nearly a full buck cheaper than their Manhattan counterparts…
