I am a young woodworker and I was completely blown away by this store. They have everything you need from exotic woods to tools to finishes and most importantly the knowledge. Everyone who works in the store really knows their stuff! Great change from the high school workers of your local Menards. I spent over an hour and a half there last weekend and I was a kid in a candy store, because this place was amazing. I will be going back and this has immediately become my choice for go to place when I start any of my new projects.

Very helpful staff and extremely knowledgeable when asking questions. I would not hesitate to go there for any home improvement or woodworking project where specialty tools or advice are needed. Kudos to them.

I’m not the woodworker in the family, but have greatly benefited from my hubby’s leisure past time. Since he probably would not write a review himself, I wanted to make sure to put a shout out for the great folks at Woodcraft. They are his go-to source for specialty and precision tools. I’ve been to the store with him several times, and the folks there are highly knowledgeable about literally everything, every single product they have. And as far as I can tell, they are really speaking from experience, so it’s not just the tools that you get when you come into the shop; he gets some good tips and advice(probably because they do class instruction on site as well). They are helpful, friendly and do an amazing quality job.

For those of you who demand precision when making wood smaller… this is a great place for professional advice on how to do it. Woodcraft carries a lot of hard to find hardware like hinges and pulls. They also have a decent stock of exotic hardwood planks and blanks. Their tools range from above average to serious investment. Some of their higher end full lineup of tools include Festool, Fein, and Sawstop. Also have to mention Jet, Delta, Porter Cable, Dewalt, Kreg, and Bessey. They carry the Pinnacle and WoodRiver brands for hand tools and jigs. Lots of chisels mallets, clamps, vises, and a selection of lathe and turning tools. Willing to bet you’ve never seen a Walko Multipurpose workbench. I recently purchased a Fein Multimaster(which by the way puts all other multitool makers to shame) and Kreg Klamp table using their 15% off special coupon offers that arrive in the mail every month. I have also purchased from Woodcraft’s in stock line of Freud Industrial blades for both of my 12″ DeWalt Miter saws, a 10″ blade and dado for my compact Dewalt Table saw… and cheaper versions of various cutting accessories for the Multimaster. Woodcraft has an in-house woodshop/classroom with which they hold skill classes on the weekends. They will demonstrate tools for you. Their salespeople are very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer.
