Quarters In Woodridge

I lived here for a year and a half. Clean apartments at a affordable price. They also allow dogs. As a single girl I always felt safe walking my dog around at night. Had in unit laundry, no dishwasher or central air though. Chris in the office was wonderful and always helped me out. I would recommend this place to my friends.

I’ve lived here for 10 months, and while the price is good and I love the location, the headache has made this a terrible choice for an apartment. The heat works sporadically, if at all, in the winter, and attempts to have it fixed don’t result in much. The thermostat in my apartment is at 90 right now and the actual temperature inside is 58 degrees. Not to mention not being able to run more than 1 appliance at the same time, lest the power go out. I’ve already gotten the village of Woodridge involved. Now I’m just waiting for my lease to be up. Save yourself a lot of hassle, don’t move here!

I have lived here for 7 ½ months. I LOVE it! The place is quiet, pet friendly and clean. The maintenance is superb. I had a roof leak one day. I called the office and maintenance was over in about 2 minutes (no joke!). He was unable to repair it. I had to go to an appointment and as I was leaving, the roofing company was pulling in.
When we moved into our unit, it was spotless… The laundry room has all new machines. The storage area is quite roomy.
Nice place to live!

There are many choices for apartments in the area. Up and down the street there are several within a few blocks. There are some intangible items that must be considered, however, when choosing a place to live.
Christine, who runs the office, has made a huge difference in the atmosphere at this property over the past few years. She has made sure that this is a comfortable place to live for those who want to live comfortably. Gone is the riff-​raff that cause problems. She keeps the buildings well-​maintained and clean.
They don’t have central air conditioning, elevators, or washer/​dryer in-​unit; so if you are looking for those things, look elsewhere. If you want a solid apartment that you will feel good coming home to, this is a good place to start looking.
