Sadly I need to update my review. I thought this DD location had improved but it seems they are back to their old ways. I’ve gone in the drive thru before and noticed missing items. I know from experience they do NOT like coupons. The guy at the window today said«that’s not what you ordered» when I handed him a coupon this morning. My last visit – I did not receive a straw with my iced coffee. This makes it very difficult to enjoy the iced coffee in the way to work. Overall– a few rude employees and not the fasted service. I think I will start going to another coffee shop in seven bridges when I’m in the mood for an iced coffee.

I chose this location because of the drive thru as we were in a rush on Sunday morning. We saw immediately that whomever was taking the orders was having trouble. There was no line between the window and ordering sign but a backup almost to the street of 6 – 7 cars after the ordering sign. When it was our turn the person repeated everything and was clearly trying to multitask. When we got to the window the young man asked us to repeat our order and as I did the total rang up on the display. This made me think he never entered the order to begin with. I paid and wasn’t given the receipt. He then said we needed to pull around even though no one was behind us(they were waiting to place their order). We sat in a parking lot of others waiting on food. After about 10 minutes I sent my son in to get it. They wouldn’t give it to him and instead walked it to the car and handed me scrunched up bags. The order was wrong, with us being given more food than we ordered. The coffee wasn’t right either. I got a very sugary coffee rather than a cream and splenda. I wouldn’t have written this if it was the first time however each time I’ve been here recently the service has been very slow. Someone else needs to work the window or they need to get the kid some help.(He has been at the window the last few times the service was slow). Nice kid, just seems a little overwhelmed. I will say the people have always been very nice. It’s our neighborhood stop but given the last few times of slow service I may forego the drive thru and get my coffee at a walk-in down the street. We pulled in around 9:00 and pulled out at 9:15 am.
