Buffalo Wild Wings

I have been to many bdubs locations and this is by far the worst one. I would go here with my roommates when I was in undergrad since it was close by and nothing has changed. I’ve barely had any good waitresses/​waiters. The food takes forever to get served and when I got my boneless wings it’s mostly breading and barely any chicken. They might as well not have put any sauce on them because there was barely any to begin with. Other locations load the sauce on! Definitely go to another location if possible!

Was there with my family on Super Bowl Sunday, total time spent was 4 hours. Whole family got sick from their food about an hour after since eating at 5:30. Reported it and the manager seemed to be a doctor and tell me people don’t get sick that fast. He said all there food is temped and that they would report it to claims. Got a call yesterday that they wanted to put a claim in and gave all my information, said I would hear back in 30 days. Got a voicemail today saying my claim was denied and that no one else got sick so it’s not there problem. She said there business is about making a customer have a positive experience. Well it made 6 people sick after eating there. Not good customer service. Avoid this place!!!

Not sure why the low ratings. .this location always has good service. .and food is served hot. .or fav is Jill the bartender :)

Today is good service and food. I must say the good service is not consultant maybe 30% of the time service is not at the basic level. However today is great! And the food is on point

LOVE this location! The server I had, Taylor, does really well at his job. He was one of the most personable servers I’ve ever had while eating out. He knelt down to talk to my friend and I instead if standing over us. Because he was so tall, it felt less intimidating to me.
When we asked about a new flavor of sauce on the menu, he did a really good job explaining it to us… And by the way, it was delicious! I can’t remember the name, but it was a Masala of some kind.
The wings were hot when it came out (as far as temperature, not spiciness), and it came out really quick. Super impressed– the one on Boughton takes forever!

The service is sooooo soooo bad here! The only decent thing are the wings. Other than that, nothing else! Good gracious, do they train their servers?! Our waitress totally ignored us for 20 mins. We had to ask someone else to take our food order and for water. It was such a bad experience that we ONLY order take out now. Eating inside the restaurant is such a horrible experience. I rather keep my tip money to myself than give it away for nothing.

Please do something about the TV setup in the bar area. One big screen behind the bar? The four on the side of it are laughable to try and watch any game on… much better setup at Bolingbrook location.
Service here is still very good though.

A group of four of us headed to this BDubs after watching a movie at the neighboring theater. We were seated quickly and decided to only order beers. The waitress asked us several times if we were going to order food after we politely declined at least ⁴⁄₅ times. The waitress begun to sort of push us out the door and it became very clear she did not to be there and serve us. We ordered a few more drinks after being hassled several times and she continued to push us out the door. I was disappointed with our service and will not return to this location.

So my sorority had a retreat around Woodridge this past weekend. We got there late on Friday and this was the only open place, so we decided to go there. There was like 15 of us and we walked in and saw there was a big table close to the bar area so we asked if we could just sit there. The first thing the server said was «Are you guys high schoolers just got out of the movie? We dont sit kids in the bar area.» EXCUSE ME?
Instead of trying to arrange sits and sit us, the servers were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. We didnt know what they were doing until some of us heard one of the servers telling another one «No, I am not serving them» while we were all standing in front of her. We realize that these people refused to serve us because they still think that we were kids. We look young I will admit that but are you @#$%^&% kidding me?
I would eat dirt for dinner than going to this place again.

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner tonight and had a really awesome time. Our waitress, Grace was so energetic, friendly and so accommodating. She was at our table within minutes of us being seated and she gave us time to look over the menu and was not pushy at all.
We had the chicken nachos, street tacos and boneless honey bbq wings. Everything was delish and we will definitely be back. Thanks Grace for making it a fun experience, tell your boss you need a raise!

I always have a good experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Woodridge. I am surprised by some of the lower star ratings. I’m not sure what people are expecting. It’s a super casual wing place with dozens of super young waiters and waitresses. They do a great job! Also, the
Wings are delicious. My favorite sauce is Asian zing and hot! Yum

I have had BWW before but these have to be the worse that I have ever had. I don’t think I found much chicken in the boneless wings but rather a large majority of breading. Was like eating fried breading in sauce. The service was great but the food is what gave the 1 star.

A power outage at the Bolingbrook location, paired with an insatiable craving for wings, fries, and cole slaw brought us to the second closest location of BWW, in the Seven Bridges area.
This place has a huge patio, and the wing quality is far superior to the Bolingbrook restaurant. All else was rather unanimously average. Perhaps they are in a transitional stage, because everything was disposable. The menus were simple folded paper, and instead of plates, the boneless wings were served in paper baskets, and instead of plates, you were given said baskets to eat from, which made for cutting things quite awkward.
The seating is rather utilitarian, with a few booths but mainly high tops and tightly packed long tables. Although not extremely crowded at the time, the place was very loud. The placement of the televisions was awkward as well, for you had to crane your neck at an odd angle to watch the very high-​mounted screens.
The food was pretty decent, with standard BWW choices. They did not have jalapeño poppers on the menu, but the garlic breaded mushrooms served with southwest ranch were excellent!

Service keeps getting worse each time we come. This time, we got our beers and appetizer. Finished the appetizer. Over 20 minutes later, I had to call over to the waiter who was oblivious. His excuse was another table had separate checks.

Just mystifying. We’ve ate here before and it was fine. Again, taking a 4 year old in tow, we were seated quickly. A server?, came over and told us he wasn’t our server but would take a drink order. Gave the drink order and crickets. Waited a half hour for our server and our drinks.
Our waitress was very pleasant but absent. We watched table after table get their food and not us. We ordered a app, and the meals. After another half hour they came out. My wife’s blue cheese burger was cold and just looked gross. The app came with our meal and was also cold.
My wife was so disgusted she just left the table. I had the burger sent back and ordered boneless wings for her. My daughters entrée and mine were fine. The manager came over and apologized and didn’t charge us for the burger, app, and a beer (which they didn’t have my initial order and took a half hour to get mine).
The manager admitted the kitchen was terrible. We at least we’re comped something. But 2 hours with a 4 year old is unacceptable. We also initially observed staff socializing while we waited somewhat desperately for a drink order. Don’t make me wait a half hour when 6 people are chit chatting and I have a cranky 4 year old. We’ll choose another BW3 before being back.
This makes the last two times dining out awful and today we got the hat trick. I’ll review that one later, but the last one cared a ton more then this restaurant

The first time we visited this restaurant was a good experience. However, the last three times have been a major disappointment! Tonight, we ordered takeout. Food was cold and portions were pathetic! Lately, the service has been horrible and the wait staff are more concerned with socializing than actually waiting on the customers. Foolishly, I keep going back to this place, mainly because they are literally 3 minutes from my house. That said, tonight was the last straw; we will NOT go back!!!

Got 7 different kind of wings and all the boxes were covered with sauce, I didn’t know I had to power wash them in order to open the box and eat. I called the manager and she said there’s nothing she can do. Awesome customer service that’s all I have to say

A few past visits rolled into one. I only go to this restaurant because it is close to home. We’ve never had great service and the food is just average. We used to always have great service… I think management has changed in the recent years.
I stopped in with my husband yesterday for a beer and late lunch. We ended up leaving because we waited almost 10 minutes for a server to come to our table. The restaurant was crowded but the bar barely had a crowd. We ended up walking out and going somewhere nearby… nobody even noticed we were walking out without being served. These seems to be the normal service at this buffalo wild wing location.
I’ve had decent service at the bar if I’m just ordering a beer. I might go back for a quick drink but I would go somewhere else nearby if I want a meal with good service.

Improved! We have not been here in over a year. Last time we were here… brown lettuce, rude bartenders, and poor management.
The service seems to be improving but they still have things to work on. We had a great server. This is not the best place to watch football because they have loud music playing. They could at least put the sound of one of the football games. That would help it feel more like a sports bar. The kilt next door does a good job at playing sports with the sound rather than club music.
You can’t always count on the same beer if you order another round of the same beer due to incompetency. We will not return soon but we might think about it of they bring back $ 3 any beer on Thursdays.
