I do not recommend this place at all, unless you want a messed up haircut!!! Last night I went in around 6:50pm and asked the lady are u guys closed and she had said no and I guess they close at 7pm. So she knew that she only had a couple mins to cut my hair, and the whole time she was in a rush. She could’ve said oh I’m sorry we’re going to close in a few mins but if u like u can come back in the morning, but she didn’t. If I knew she was going to be in a hurry while cutting my hair, I would’ve never gone there, mind u that my hair was to my butt and she cut 6 inches off, so Ya it was a dramatic change for me and I was hoping the turnout would be great, but no, it was horrible. I asked her for long layers and she said Sure. She seriously just chopped pieces of my hair, there’s a lot of uneven pieces. I mean if she didn’t know how to do layers she could’ve just told me. I didn’t notice my hair was messed up till I got home cuz she didn’t even blow dry it or anything she just let me leave with my hair still wet. I didn’t get her name but she has short hair above her shoulders and tattoos on her chest. I will never go back there again!!! BAD SERVICE!!!

Maria. My advice is to call in as she is always busy so her name might not show up on their mobile online check in app. But she will go over and beyond to get you in.

This is the second time they’ve screwed up my husband’s hair to the point where it needed fixing afterward… We thought if we just got a different person, it’d be better, but I just don’t think they know what they’re doing in this location. They go so quickly and it gets so uneven and choppy– we’re not gonna try it again.

I come to this supercuts since I moved to woodland… Today there are 3 hair stylist here… Two are busy with customer and one is busy doing her makeup and not letting me check in… It’s been over 15 min… I am thinking I’ll wait for 5 more min and leave to never come back here… I am in hurry to go somewhere and her makeup is more important than my time… Good luck to me…

Just called to make an appointment with Sammie and have been told she no longer works there. Does anybody know where she went? She was really good!

Update: sadly, Giselle has moved on.
I came in with very little instruction about what I wanted, other than the length and low-​maintenance. Giselle really listened, asked what must have been all the right questions, and reassured me that she would make adjustments afterward if I didn’t like it… She did a fantastic job — even styling with a curling iron and showing me how she styled it. For the price I was very impressed and after a week of playing with the style, I’m still very happy. I’ll be back, and bring my family.

Needed an emergency cut and color, and couldn’t get to my regular, so decided to suck it up and try this place, went in when they opened and was helped right away by Priscilla. I had to get a kind of complicated color done, and she did a fantastic job, and my cut, I have had soooo many compliments on it. The place is clean, friendly, and priced great! got out of there 55.00! Hate to say it, but I am so pleased with what Priscilla did for me, I am changing from my regular stylist and will go to her fro now on. She is fantastic and I can’t recommend her enough. So happy with my hair! (for once!)

I was staring in the mirror so frustrated with my dead ends that I was contemplating trying to cut my hair myself. Thank goodness my boyfriend intervened and told me to check online to see if there was anywhere nearby that was open before I did something I regret. I don’t have time to make appointments at fancy salons that are only open Monday-​Friday 9−4… hello, I have things to do. So I looked online and of course all the fancy places were closed.
But then, there I saw that Supercuts was open! I have been to these type of franchised hair cut places before and it’s really hit or miss. I decided to try it out after reading reviews on Google (
). I called ahead and there was no wait. Perfect!
Sammie was my stylist and I was not disappointed. First, the place was very nice, clean, and trendy looking. Second, the cut was great. I have long thick hair and she trimmed all of the dead ends away, added layers, and gave me great bangs. The best part: ONLY $ 15! Seriously the best haircut at the best price I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely go back.

A reliable, friendly, clean, efficient place for a haircut. My sons have been here half a dozen times; they’re always satisfied. Its a $ 15 hair cut. Waddayawant?
