It seems that my bill is frequently higher than what I was told it would be. The people at the store seem to be limited to what they are capable of doing after they get your service started and when I have billing or service issues they always tell me to call att to have my problems resolved. So, then I call att to attempt to have my problems resolved and I usually end up on hold for hours, so rarely do I get my att problems resolved. The employees seem to try to sell me a new service or a service upgrade whenever I speak with them… I just wish I could get a reliable service at a steady and reasonable price.

Stay away from this place. 15 minute wait time ends ups being over an hour. Severely understaffed. Better luck doing your business elsewhere.

I bought a phone here. The staff was really nice. Ernesto did a fabulous job. However, when I tried to use my brand new phone, I couldn’t call out on it. When I tried to get it replaced, I was told by the manager there would be a $ 35 restocking fee. Look, I’ve worked retail before, and I understand a restock fee. But you’re going to charge me for a broken phone? That’s redonkulous. The manager said my other option was to drive to Arden. I don’t want a different service, I didn’t buy a phone and then get buyer’s remorse. I spent a lot of money on the phone and your«fix,» is to drive to Arden, in the rain, on a Friday night. #awesome
