Having six years of deafening music and smoke filled rooms in my youth has taken it’s toll.
I told Jane that following conversations in restaurants was getting tough. She has a great office staff that makes you feel at home. Went through a battery of tests that were handled professionally and very pleasant. Couldn’t have asked for an easier experience and am planning a yearly visit.

I ordered a remote bluetooth microphone for my hearing aids and there was a communication mix-​up, and the wrong device was ordered. When the West Valley Hearing Center Office found out I needed the microphone to use with Chinese/​English translators I had arranged for my China trip, Jane herself drove out to deliver the correct device in time for me to receive it prior to my trip. Incredible service!!!
