I was so impressed with my visit today with Dr. Shalev. He was so patient and knowledgable. I took my father in to get a hearing test. He hates going to any doctor but he felt at ease from the moment he met Dr.Shalev. After the dr conducted a hearing test confirming that he indeed had hearing loss, he was fitted for hearing aids and we can’t wait till our next appointment!!! Highly recommended!!!

This was a first-​class experience from start to end. When I contacted the office staff for an examination, I was able to be seen almost immediately. Not having to wait for weeks for an examination is HUGE in my book. I was later happy to learn this office is also very accommodating to «walk-​ins» having issues with their hearing devices. This level of dedication to their patient base is a quickly disappearing aspect of patient service given the direction «managed health care» has taken in recent years. The reception staff (Rachel) was very friendly and helpful. The office itself was very neat and clean. Dr. Shalev conducted a very through examination, utilizing several different types of diagnostic equipment — which all appeared to be new and state-​of-​the-​art. Following my examination, Dr. Shalev discussed the results of my examination with me (at length), and provided a VERY detailed printed report to be utilized in my claim. I noted a wide array of hearing devices on display, and I’m confident that when the time comes to find a solution to my issue, it will be found amongst the various available devices I saw. I was very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism provided by this office and it’s personnel. This is a family business, and you are treated like family rather than just another patient who is being shuffled in-​and-​out the door to maximize the daily patient count. I would HIGHLY recommend The Ear Group and Dr. Shalev to anyone seeking assistance with the many services they provide.

I’m so happy that I found this wonderful place! I brought my daughter here to have her hearing tested and they were so sweet and helpful. They took their time and explained everything to me. I highly recommend going here if you have any pediatric concerns about hearing.

I ran into Dr. Shalev and his mother (a long time professional acquaintance) while we were all volunteering at the Special Olympics (Healthy Hearing) World games. When she heard I hadn’t had time to get my new hearing aids programmed, she volunteered her son! First of all, he confirmed all times and directions via email (a plus to someone with a severe hearing loss) and made himself available according to MY schedule. At my appointment, it was obvious he knew what he was doing and was very knowledgeable about the hearing aids I brought in to be programmed. As an audiologist with a hearing loss, I have had several pairs of hearing aids over the past few years. The programming process can be a nightmare if someone doesn’t know what they’re doing… not the case with Dr. Shalev… it was fast, comprehensive and actually fun! The office is well equipped and spotless and easily accessible with free parking.

Dr Shalev is Wonderful! I had been having some issues with my ears and went to Dr Shalev to diagnose. He was very gentle and professional and was able to determine my issue quickly and painlessly. I think that many people shy away from seeing an ear doctor, and now I cant see me going anywhere else! I also noticed he had a great selection of hearing devices and was very knowledgable about the different types to assure a comfortable fit. I know that I will likely need such a device in the future, and I know that I can trust him to assist me with all my future needs! I would highly recommend Dr Shalev!
