We went to buy some meat. We asked the butcher to cut it thin, he cut one piece, showed it to me and it was thin, so I told him I wanted 5 pounds like that. Once I got home and opened the package, the only piece that was thin was the one on top. I then had to spend a lot of time pounding it so it was as thin as I needed it. Also asked if the had any Dutch apple pies. The lady in the bakery went into the back, and brought out a box that looked like the pie, but when we got home, it was Apple Strudel, not Dutch Apple. So disappointed in this market.

While I like this Ralph’s location — Whose brilliant idea was it to MOVEEVERYTHING around a week and a half before Christmas??? Customers are already stressed enough because of time constraints and everything they have to get done — Now they have to waste upwards of 20 – 25 minutes searching for items that are nowhere near where they used to be. The employees are still trying to figure it all out as well. Really. Who thought this was a smart thing to do? #IdiotManagement

SANDIDAVIS!!! This so called MANAGER is soooo rude. I needed help with a price check so I waved her down. As I begin to ask her about the product, her scanner thing starts beeping and she walks away from me towards the self-checkout to talk to another employee. She didn’t acknowledge me or come back to apoligize for the interuption. Never coming back to this Ralphs again.

Unfortunately this is our neighborhood market(not even one close) My husband and I love shopping late bc there’s never anyone in the store. But whether it be late or early they never have enough lanes open. NEVER. What is supposed to be a «quick» shopping trip is never the case here. Only one cashier tonight with a bunch of people waiting.. like 10 people! Why wouldn’t you open up another lane!!! Sprouts is right next door, and whole foods is right down the street. I might consider going there, yeah it’s more money, but it’s better costumer service. you get what you pay for.

Only reason got 1 star is because after the very rude treatment by a Amy T. at the deli counter he comped my sandwhich. Wasn’t able to get the salad I wanted and had to shovel down my food. Very rude workers. With the job market the way it is people should be more courteous to all customers.

If Target or Walmart sold more fresh vegetables I would not shop here at all. First I would like to say the only reason I am giving it two stars is for the following: Super Friendly Staff Location — 3 mins from my house Clean The price on 98% of their items are over priced. I compared the items I purchase on a weekly /bi-weekly basis and my goodness I save an average of $ 20 — 30 per trip shopping at Walmart or Target. Do Not try to go shopping between these hours below, because the parents dropping off their kids at Taft block the entrances and exits. It’s funny to watch them honk at each other and using the non-American sign language. 7AM-8:15AM 3PM-4:30PM Worst time every to try and leave the parking lot As I stated before the Staff is super friendly and very helpful but they never drop their prices, if so I have not seen it. If you know when their super savers days are please let me know.

I came to the flower shop a couple months ago, and the service I got was exemplary. I just wanted to give a shout out to the young lady that helped me. Her name was Lupita Delgado. Just wanted to give credit where credit was due. It was my mom’s birthday and she helped me pick out the right flowers and created me an amazing bouquet. Her effort and knowledge made my mom’s birthday that much more special! thank you so much Lupita!

Ordered a Thomas the train birthday cake for my sons party and I’m here to pick it up. Ralph’s lost the order, no cake.

I bought wild caught salmon 2 pounds for 14 $. Avocado for 60 cents. Jallopenio for 50 cents. And I’m going to cook middle eastern fish for the weekend. The fruits and veggies are always fresh. Sometimes it’s pricey. So you need to know what to buy. The fish is a good price. And also the avocado. I usually buy the flour and the ingredients for cakes that I make at ralph’s. The parking was kind of packed. The line was maybe 5 minutes waiting. Overall all it’s a nice place to shop at.

I found all of the items ok, it wasn’t that crowded. But there was only 1 lane open and my stuff got bunched with the ladies in front of me. And the bag boy crushed my heirloom tomato with the coffee creamer. Regardless I will still shop here

My mother and I have been going to Ralph’s for years now. We’ve had some problems, but for most part it’s been good. Except for this one lazy cashier named Virginia. Who apparently doesn’t like bagging the costumers items. So I had to do it. Virginia is very LAZY!!!

An average grocery store. I’ve been to some nicer Ralph’s in neighboring towns and some not so great ones down the street. They usually have items that I go there for… you get to understand what to go there for after you’ve visited a few times. Unlike most grocery stores with a customer service department, this one never has a dedicated agent. If you need any help you have to wait. This must be some cost saving measure but I find it rather silly.

This Ralph’s is just plain in-organized. They never use the number system at the deli counter but desperately need to. This Ralph’s is next to Taft High School and although and I can’t blame them for the disrespectful kids running around I can blame them for not attempting to control the chaos. Today they had taken out an entire row of the frozen food section and when I asked for something they said it’s not available. I said I needed it and they just starred at me blankly. There are a few amazing cashiers but overall this place is a mess and needs some training.

I love the freshness of their products. Every time I come here they have whatever I need. From my morning yummies to dinner and cocktails. Customer Service is ok. Not too many smiling faces but cordial nonetheless. No big deal to me because I’m always in and out. Nice location.

Whatever it is you need, this Ralph’s is sure to be out of. There’s a better Ralph’s up the street. Go there. Unless you’re a Taft High School student, in which case, just keep shoplifting from this one.

I’ve been shopping here for over 10yrs and never had a problem. Everyone is really friendly if you ever have a question. They’ve remodeled a bit ago so sometimes I still forget where things have been moved to, but overall it’s clean & looks great. Oh and if you need a cake to bring to a party or having one of those days, the Strawberry Shortcake or Triple Chocolate Cake are surprisingly AMAZING!

This place is right down the street from me, so I go here a lot. Since they updated it, it is very nice. Always clean, and well stocked. Friendly people(I love Francois, the bagger/cart lady. She is so friendly). Only draw back(and it’s a big one) is that at least 50% of the time, there is an error on my receipt. NEVER in my benefit. Always a price that is too high. However, Ralph’s has a cool program(that pretty much no one knows about), that if your item is incorrectly rung up, they give you the item FORFREE. I have gotten soooo many things for free, by just paying attention to my receipt. Usually, the cashier will try to just give you the difference. But, just gently remind them of their policy. They don’t like it, but will always give you the money back, and free item. So, because of that, I continue to shop here. Kind of like a Bingo game for me. Otherwise, I would go else where.
