This review is purely for Aigner(pronounced Anya) and my experience with her. Everytime I’ve called Papa Johns she’s been the person on the other end. She has a warm demeanor, is patient and knowledgeable on the menu. I ask for her everytime we call in an order now, she’s so on top of it.

I called to order a take out. The girl asked for my number and proceeded to confirm my address. I said I wanted a take out and so she asked my name. I gave her my name. Then she said oh yes we have you in our system. And I had to remind her again that I wanted a takeout order. I told her I wanted an extra large cheese pizza and she was still talking about delivering. So I’m like wow can she not hear or what. So I repeated myself again and said I want to pick up an extra large cheese pizza. Having to have had repeat my self several times I asked for manager. When the manager by the name of Ted got on phone he was no help at all. Was very quick and rude. No manners at all and not sympathetic to the fact that I couldn’t even get an order put in. I finally said I’m gonna order somewhere else and he said ok. So that was that. They seriously need new management and some customer service training.

This papa johns is great! They must have really changed a lot since these older reviews. Every time I eat here the pizza is perfectly made exactly how I order it. Every single person working there has dealt with me in the most friendly manner possible. The manager is great. They work really fast too. There are no bad attitudes, or slackers in this place. I’ve had bad papa johns before, but never here. I have an issue coming too often because they make their pizzas so well. I guarantee I’ve eaten here more than those who gave bad reviews, and I know my pizza. Very consistent with everything. EATHERE!

Unfortunately, I need to write about a poor experience. I ordered my pizza approximately at 2 pm. I received a phone call shortly thereafter saying that they were busy and it would be 45 minutes. I agreed to wait. After an hour, a representative called me saying that the driver was not to be found and they feared an accident. I was bummed/worried but I decided to wait. The representative did waive my costs and offered a 2nd pizza for free which I was grateful for. After another hour, now two hours since I ordered, the pizza came. Unfortunately for me, again, it was the wrong pizza. I am writing this review as I wait for the correct order and I am sure it will take another hour. Thanks papa johns, but this will certainly be the last time I order from you. It’s a bummer but at the end of the day, you don’t deliver.

It’s not the greatest pizza but it’s quick convenient nevertheless. We really like the thin crust pizza, but they only make 1 size in that. Still good pizza for the value.

There management really needs to over see the employees, or it needs a new manager. They lost my order in the system and when I told it to them again the dude wrote it on his hand with a pink high lighter. Really? No pen or paper laying around? The Jimmy Fallon look alike working there was very apologetic and gave me a discount, so all was saved.

Worst customer service ever! I walk in the restaurant. No one offers to greet or help me. I ask if my call in order is ready and get yelled at, «can’t you see we’re having problems here?!!» All I want is my pizza. I again ask if it is ready and am told yes it is only if I’m paying cash. No one told me this over the phone when I ordered. After a ten minute wait I am finally handed my already cold, incorrectly made pizza. I guess I should have read all the negative Unilocal reviews before I ordered from this place. NEVERAGAIN! WORSTPLACEEVER!

I ordered a large pizza for carry out earlier today at 11:00am for my kids to eat at their Grandma’s. I had dropped them off with the pizza and then when I picked up my kids in the evening my son told me there were 2 short but obviously noticeable hairs in the pizza. I called the manager to let them know the situation so they can have their employees be more careful and SANITARY. The manager Carlos is probably the worst manager I’ve encountered! After I told him that there were hairs in the pizza the first thing he said was«and?». I kid you not that’s what his response was. Then he went on about why am I calling now to complain when I ordered the pizza at 11:00am. Well duh – it’s because I dropped my kids off WITH the pizza and didn’t find out til I picked them up and my son told me. Long story short the manager does not care about being sanitary. I wasn’t even asking for anything in return I just wanted to let him know I picked up a disgusting pizza from their establishment. At least tell me you’re sorry and will make sure it doesn’t happen again. Now that I think about it the guy that made my pizza today had some weird looking Mohawk thing going on with his hair I’m 110% it came from him since he wore no hat or net. This used to be my go-to for carry out pizza but I will no longer come here due to bad customer service. Why should I give you my business if you DGAF about your customers complaints.

This place is excellent for carry out pizza. They have a special for a large pizza with one topping for $ 6.99, but you can only get it only if you order it over the phone. If you order online with them, they will not give you that special and that special is only valid at that location. They make their pizzas in a timely manner and take care of you quickly so you can be in and out of the store so you can leave and enjoy your warm, delicious pizza. It’s a waste that they don’t have a seating area, but I guess many Papa John’s Pizza locations in the area don’t have a seating area. It’s okay because the pizza is good no matter where you are eating it!

Again and again I make this mistake. Why do I keep ordering from them??? They are lucky they have a good pizza or I would have stopped ordering from them a long time ago. It never fails… I will NEVER receive a hot or on time pizza. NEVER. This location does not understand what good customer service is. I’ve complained plenty or times spoken to a manager been given free pizzas. They still will never learn. Unfortunately I’ll have to call corporate. Received a cold pizza again last night after waiting 55 min and being told the driver had 3 other deliveries before me. How wouldn’t my pizza be cold.

Can’t believe these guys are still in business. I placed an order online w/an estimated delivery time of 30 – 40 minutes. An hour 20 minutes later the order is not delivered yet. We called a couple of times and the last time I talked to manager who introduced herself as Andrea. She kept telling me that they’ve been busy & the online estimate might be wrong. REALLY!!! Estimate wrong by 40 minutes!!! Seriously!!! I get 10 – 15 minutes but twice as long??? The worst part was Andrea. She had no compassion for the fact that I have 10 hungry guests waiting and she just wanted me to understand that they were busy. Funny thing: I canceled my order and she said the driver is already on his way and they don’t have his number, so the driver is gonna show up anyways. REALLY?!? YOUDONTHAVEYOUREMPLOYEE’s NUMBERANDREA!!! A minute later, my sister called, not knowing that I had canceled the order, to check on the status. Andrea told her that the order was canceled and they called the driver to go back. This time: they have the driver’s number. When she wanted to guilt me in taking the pizzas, she didn’t have the drivers number. When she knew I really didn’t want it, she called the driver to go back. She didn’t have the courtesy to offer anything to a customer who’s been waiting more than twice as long. Terrible experience. I will call the corporate to complain about this branch and this person(Andrea) in particular.

This place is very unorganized, I ordered 4 pizzas from Papa Johns. When they came to my door the pizza man only had 2 pizzas. He told me he didn’t know about the rest of the order, I told him that I would pay him ½ the money now for the pizza he brought and the other ½ when he gets back with the other pizza he forgot, he said I had to pay him for everything now, I told the pizza man that I would never do business with Papa Johns again.

I never was a huge fan of Papa Johns, but after having it a couple more times I realized how great it is. The deals are great, the desserts are fantastic(the cookie, oh yea, delicious). If you order online you have so many options, how to cut it, well done vs normal bake, half toppings on each side, so many options it took me 30 mins just to place my order. The guy who came was super nice, super friendly, he was excited to deliver me my pizza, which made me excited to eat it! Thank you!

Was a little bit surprised to see all tje the bad reviews but since it was the closest in the area I decided to give it a shot. Not to much to say the order came in about 25 minutes and tasted great and the delivery guy was friendly and funny. Would order again.

I ordered a delivery from restaurant order #0018, order ID240242347. total was about 30 bucks, and I didn’t even order Pizza! Among my order was a simple garden salad for 4.99. Well I never received my garden salad. So I immediately called, and spoke w/someone who said that he will contact driver and deliver my salad. After 30 minutes I called back and spoke with Jaime, who was the delivery driver and he said that he is sorry but he will give me credit towards my next purchased. I said no, cancel the salad and give me a refund or a free pizza. He said no that because I paid with a credit card they will not refund me. I said that is not fair or reasonable that I paid them for something I never received. The proper thing to do is own up to it and refund the customer. Well after a 5 min fight over the phone he finally said he will deliver the 5 dollars to me in cash. I said whatever, so Jaime shows up and holds my door open while demanding the receipt to prove that I ordered a Garden salad. I had to shove him out my house. So a simple delivery order went from a Franchise almost stealing from me, and a franchised employee attempting to break and enter my home. I don’t appreciate the service this location provides and a bright future will not exist if this behavior proceeds. With our society the way it is at this time, jobs are scarce and ordering an overpriced delivery along w/not to mention a 3 delivery fee and I originally tipped him 3 bucks. This location should place customer first because our orders pay their wages and ultimately help you guys out. So to think, one simple free pizza that you guys reproduce daily couldve saved my time to write this and now share my experience on Unilocal.Not too mention the negative word of mouth aspect that this location may suffer. Cheers to running a sinking ship. I would not trust my franchise to these employees

After struggling back and forth to understand each other i give him my address that is TWOBLOCKSAWAY and he says they dont service my address and i need to call someone else.
