I’m almost afraid to tell anyone about National Comtel because I want to continue to hoard their personalized customer service for myself. And, out of all the long distance and toll free companies I looked into for my business, they were by far the cheapest. Almost every time I call there, a guy named Devon personally handles anything I need. I just set up my sixth toll free number with them. I’ve been with them for years, and I’ve never had any trouble getting someone(usually Devon) immediately on the line. I’m not sure how many customers they have, but I like to imagine that this company exists just to wait for my calls. If only we could take their customer service model to the DMV…
