Called in to get directions as i couldn’t find the place. Lady on the phone wouldn’t give me directions and was asking «do i know you ?» Which i believe its very unprofessional! You don’t just open a business for the people you know.

Debbi is an amazingly talented hairdresser. Ever since I started going to her, many years ago, I have almost never had a bad hair day. My hair is wavy and tends to be unruly. Before Debbi, I never had a haircut that looked good when I didn’t take the time to blow dry it and/​or straighten it. Debbi’s haircuts are so expertly done that they always look good, no matter how much or little time I have to spend on my hair on a particular day. I am 52 years old, but I feel like I have the hair of a 32 year-​old. I’d say this is about 20% genetics and 80% Debbi. She is a true artist when it comes to color. My hair always looks chic yet natural with the two-​step color process she uses to weave gleaming golden highlights into a rich brown base. When designing a cut, Debbi takes everything into consideration: your desired look, first and foremost, as well as lifestyle, personal style, face shape, and overall je né sais quoi. Also, she doesn’t laugh at me when I bring in a picture of Taylor Swift or Halle Berry and ask if she can make me look like that (although she will be honest about it!). In addition to being a great stylist and colorist, Debbi is a fantastic person. She is witty, warm, and compassionate. She takes great care of her clients and you can tell she really values and cares about us. Over the years I have recommended her to several of my friends who have been as thrilled with her work as I have, and they are now loyal clients also. She has moved a few times in the fourteen years that I have been her client, and I have followed her wherever she went. I would follow her anywhere. She is the best!
