The best sandwiches around! Crunchy or soft bread; hot or cold, you really can’t go wrong. Everything is delicious. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about this sandwich shop! Not only are the sandwiches the best in all of Los Angeles and the valley! But there is a feeling of friendship and family that is given to the customer by the staff! I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a really good sub! There are also tons of choices between hot and cold subs ranging from meatball, sausage, or even chicken cordon bleu, to Italian cold cut and an awesome cold cut roast beef sandwich! Don’t take my word for it come and find out why you want to make this place number one on your sandwich list in Los Angeles

This is a great sandwich shop. The parking can be a challenge but it is worth it. They have a very large variety of sandwiches and they are big. Almost enough for two meals. As we all know the bread on any sandwich is a key and there bread is spectacular. It is soft and tasty, The meats are all high quality and everything is made to order. They also have a good variety of side salads. The place itself is clean and the staff is very friendly. The shop is not real large and it can get very busy. I would suggest that you call ahead and pick up.

The sandwiches here are delicious! I usually get my same sandwich which is a turkey sandwich, but I wanted to try something different for a change when it comes to sandwiches. So I tried there chicken parmigiana sandwich, they told me they always sell out of the chicken parm before noon due to how popular it is, it is made fresh in house, so I had to try it, it was the BOMB! We came back here a couple more times to try different sandwiches and We got the turkey breast sandwich, really good! I also got the belly buster sandwich, it has all kinds of meats in it, really delicious! The staff is really friendly here too, this is a family owned sandwich joint. Give this place a try.

I am salivating as I write this sentence just imagining the softest, yet crusty, delicious smelling and tasting fresh bread. Drool… I love supporting small family businesses and this is one worth patronizing. Just try it once. If you really don’t like it, I might buy you your sandwich myself! They also sell a few things, too.

I’ve been eating here for the past 30 years… I’ve watched it pass through different ownership a few times since the original owners retired! And I’m happy to say the current owners have finally figured out the winning recipe for success and delicious sandwiches that actually surpass the original !! Really good food and great service!!! A great place to stop off on the way to the beach and pick up lunch!!!

Very good subs with lots of meat and cheese and very delicious/creative sandwich options. Soft bread or Dutch crunch are both incredible breads.

They make some really great sandwiches. I love the environment. It is a small sandwich shop with authentic Italian subs. I have only tried The Godfather so far, which is a massive sandwich. The sandwich could definitely feed two or three people. The service is great, I have never stayed in to eat, although the crew working there are all nice and helpful. I will definitely be back sometime soon for take out.

I come here a couple times per month for lunch, and here’s my feedback… Pros; First of all, arguably best subs in the valley. Every employee here is also incredibly nice. Cons; Parking sucks at times. Closed Monday’s(huge fail in my opinion, since most customers are 9−5ers) No public restroom, which means you have to walk across the street to use Starbucks.

Meat, meat, and more meat(turkey, ham, capicola, pepperoni, salami, roast beef). I think this adequately describes the Godfather. The sandwich would have been more flavorful without the turkey and roast beef. Even with all of the meats, I thought the slices should have been a bit thinner. It also had lettuce, tomato, and cheese(I subbed in provolone for Swiss). I really enjoyed the crusty bread and I’ll definitely go back and try another sandwich.

I hate so much to give 2 stars. My normal order is a Cleveland(pastrami and Coleslaw) on crusty bread. This is about my 5th disappointment. Benefit of the doubt has been given. I did’t want to give up on them. What’s my beef: 1 – Their bread is NOT crusty any more. Bummer. 2 – More disappointing, is that it USED to be meaty with a fair amount of slaw about a year and a half ago. Both are skimpy now. Unfortunate. If not for Cricca, I wouldn’t have found the best donut shop in town. It’s in the same center. If you get there early enough try out a glaze twist. OMG fluffy and airy.

Criccas is an awesome neighborhood spot for Italian sandwiches! The menu is huge and the portions are big. It definitely has that mom and pop feel and it smells so good the second you walk in. The Italian meats are great quality and full of flavor. You could order anything on menu and it’s guaranteed to be delicious. They have Italian subs, meatball sandwiches, bbq, and everything in between. Just make sure you order your sandwich with the crusty bread!!! They have a lot of side dishes in the deli counter along with a variety of chips and other snacks too! There’s not a lot of space to sit and it can get a little busy during peak hours but I always get take out anyways. Cricca’s is a great place to pop in and grab a bite to eat!

Wow… This place is a hidden gem and definitely one of the best Italian Delis I’ve been to. I found this place on Unilocal!and the rest is history. I’m a true sandwich fanatic so it’s amazing that they have vegetarian options and«the big cheese» to accommodate mousey appetites like mine. The good: — Their prices are very fair — Their sandwiches and produces are very fresh. Plus, the bread is legit(get the crunchy!) — They have bottled rootbeer and old-fashioned coca-cola… mmm The bad: — They do not accept American Express:(I basically only have Amex so I’ll have to come back with cash in hand. –Parking is a bit rough(especially during lunch time). Good luck finding a spot!

I wish this place was closer to my house because I would be coming here everyday! I absolutely enjoyed my turkey sandwich, it was a good size and perfect for sharing. The parking is a little tough and the shop is kinda small and has limited seating. The bread is really crunchy and flaky but definitely very good. I also bought some cookies chocolate chip and walnut they were $ 5.00 a lil pricey but really good. All in all great service, love the people that’s running this place. Seems like a very family oriented shop. Definitely would recommend and I will be back again!

Cricca’s is up Topanga Canyon to the left of the street. It is located in a small complex that doesn’t fit too many cars. The restaurant is quite small. It holds maybe 10 – 12 people inside plus 4 – 6 outside. I suggest getting the food to go if you don’t mind that. The service is really friendly and made you feel welcomed. I really enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the place. It feels like your at a Italian family’s home waiting for a delicious lunch. I go here all the time with my family, girlfriend, friends, and even by myself. My favorite menu item is the New York pastrami with crispy bread. While the sandwich is pricey at over $ 10, it’s really huge. If you don’t have a huge appetite, your going to be full on half of it and save the other Half for later. This place competes with the other deli sandwich locations like dans, jersey mikes, etc. I love the huge portions & quality of the meat. The only complaint & reason for the star off is the thickness of the bread. Sometimes, the bread of over bearing and masks the food. I suggest getting some of your fav sauce on the side to add incase you feel the same way while eating their sandwiches! Besides that, must go here and enjoy the subs! Hope you enjoyed the review & be sure to complaint the review if you liked it: D

Really really small place, with great quality sandwiches. I have been here twice and loved the taste of my sandwiches. Only complaint was that I asked for soft bread, and got crusty flaky bread, but it was still edible, and I was hungry. Parking is a little tough in this small complex at lunch time. I might have to order my sub to go next time, and park in these 20 minute spots. Aside from those little issues, this place is great!

Now here’s a place that has it sh*t together. Fast friendly service, good prices for quality food. Now for some«They are so damn good» jokes… They are so damn good, they don’t need me to write this review that’s how good they are! They are so damn good, they got me bleep*ng out my own review! They are so damn good, that after being closed on Sunday and Mondays – when they come back to work their voicemail box is full for orders on Tuesday. They are so damn good, I take a bite and want to be a better person. Thought I’d switch it up some – hope you enjoyed.

Decided to try the godfather, after reading all the great reviews, and it did not disappoint. I’m kind of obsessed with sandwiches, and this one knocked my socks off. The bread was the perfect balance of soft and chewy, and it was a perfect ratio of meat, cheese, and bread. The combination of meats sounded overwhelming at first, but it was just right. I imagine it’s something Joey from friends would make, and it would become his pride and joy. It’s a simple sandwich, well put together, with quality ingredients. Employees were nice, tons of authentic baked goods, snacks, and sodas in stock.

I’ve been on Italian sandwich craze lately which brought me to Cricca’s for lunch. It’s a Small Italian deli with only 5 tables inside and a few outside. They have an extensive menu for cold, hot, and super sandwiches I ordered the Godfather(around $ 13) with Fresh mozzarella($ 2.50 up charge). Damn this sandwich is so huge I had to save the other half for another meal. They certainly don’t skimp out on the meat portions here. While the sandwich is good, it’s not the best Italian sandwich that I’ve tried. I definitely need to try the other sandwiches. I will be back. Stay posted for updates.
