First off this is not my place to go. It’s my wifes place to go and I am always here with her car and tire problems. It’s your regular tire place, nothing special. We had all new tires placed on the car with insurance covering the replacement over time for two of them that couldn’t be repaired. The third one was blamed on «alignment» problems and not covered. If you want to come here they will give you a high quote over the phone, so call Walmart first to get a bottom of the line no games quote and Discount Tire will match it.

Being female and not a car person, I know very little about tires except that they need air and you have to maintain them.
I had trouble with a slow leak in one of my tires for over a year. My usual treatment was to just put air in it once a month or so when the idiot light came on (I honestly had no idea one could get a tire plugged, don’t judge me! =]). I finally got tired of this and took it to Discount Tire on a whim. They plugged it (at no charge) and since then, no problems and no more air runs for me. Yay! A few months ago, I picked up something sharp in one of my tires and back to Discount I went. This time, I couldn’t get it plugged because of where it was, so I got a nice deal on a new tire and for a few bucks more got a warranty on my existing tires, too.
This past weekend, my husband (who is also not a car person) got a flat tire at work. Well, you know where I told him to go! The staff there is friendly, personable, and don’t treat you with eye-​rolling sarcasm if you happen to be female. The waiting area is large, clean and well-​maintained so you can wait in relative comfort (and there is a Wendy’s next door if you are so inclined). They are always busy but the gentlemen in the garage are very quick, so you should be back on your way in no time.
They only do one thing, but they do it exquisitely well. Sometimes just knowing they are there gives me a tiny bit of peace of mind.
