They have great doctors. I have seen two over the years that are both very nice. That’s why they get two stars. However, the reception/front desk staff are increasingly hard to work with. I will be going elsewhere from now on. It has been almost impossible to get a copy of my own prescription. They want me to purchase contacts through them that are almost twice the price I would pay anywhere else. I’d like my prescription so I can purchase them elsewhere but I get an EXTREME runaround. Several phone calls, faxes, and calls from myself and the new business selling contacts and they will not release it to us yet. Very frustrating customer service experience. I will not give them anymore business.

Lousy customer service. They make a mistake on my prescription lens and refuse to redo. Claiming possible my prescription had changed so I had another eye exam at their office and proof that it wasn’t prescription, They still want me to pay for the the lens of over $ 300! Talk to manager and she had absolutely no intention of helping. Their goal is totally not serve the customer.
