never will i ever come back here to this location on a weekend. the name is perfect for this place you call this a restaurant the food tasted and looked like it came from the outback! came here on a busy Saturday night and even one was angry because of the long wait… we put reservations in a long time before and they didn’t stick to there reservation. The service sucked and they should upgrade this place because everyone has to stand on top of one another. I loved outback others time when i came here but maybe another quiet weekday ill have to try again.

This was the worst experience ever! I brought my kids here for their birthday dinner. My son ordered their wings– well done. The skin was hanging off. Obviously NOT well done. My daughter ordered the chicken tenders platter, with a side of Mac and cheese which was extra. Her meal came out with no Mac and cheese. Excuse me but we waited over 40 minutes for our food– why the delay? My husband order a 10 oz filet– $ 27! It had gristle throughout. Really? I’m paying to eat FAT!!! When we brought it to waitress’ attention she just shrugged it off. Ok well there’s your tip. I ordered my favorite– well usually. The baked potato soup. The potatoes were under cooked, the base was runny and their was no cream or cheese. Very little bacon. Needless to say– never again! They need new management and a menu overhaul!!!

Very good food. Steaks were cooked to my liking and can’t complain at a decent sized potato with it. However it was very busy so here was a wait for a table and food. And when I asked for steak sauce I got it when I was just about done eating. Other then that I enjoyed it immensely

I got the volcano lobster and shrimp, a very small portion because I guess they considered me overweight. After an hour our entrees came out and my husband received boot leather as a medium well sirloin. When this sad excuse for a former cow was brought to the managers attention, he comped us a blooming onion, an overly greasy onion. Try Bonefish Grill instead.

After I finished the meal, I can say honestly, it was not worth the trip. I think when it comes to eat steak this place will not be one of them Long horn is my favorite for now

I usually sit in the bar because the restaurant seating can be a zoo and very loud The food is ok for a chain I like their burgers and my wife says the steaks are a good value. There are always coupons around so you can get some money off the bill The blooming onion is good but usually way too salty. I like the dark bread and butter its best when it is hot I’ve had them mess up my order several times and well well done does not sound like rare but I once got a burger that way The staff is always nice and they keep the place clean

Let look at it thus way I have never had anything to say about a franchise steak house beyond it was ok. Lobster perfect… sirloin on the money. Cheese mac off the hook. Wings medium was so different that I couldn’t get enough had to get another order

Service was much better than cherry hill, but time after time outback seems to always miss something on the bill. I get that it’s not a fancy steakhouse but I still would consider it fast food most times of compared. Go for the apps and drinks, not the meals.

As I’ve previously mentioned I have been to Outback’s across the country(really just NY, IL and now NJ). It is a chain steak house and well, you can tell. The waitress was oober friendly and honest which was appreciated. My companion ordered the grilled shrimp on the Barbie that apparently used to come with a special sauce and the waitress told him allllll about how they took it off the menu and how sooooo many people were complaining about it! lol She also continued how secretive they are aboput preparing the sauces and meals lol. She wasn’t allowed to know how to make certain things lol. I started with the red Sangria(there are 4 types!) which was very tasty. I recommend requesting the beverage with just a tad less ice. For my entrée I ordered from the Steak menu(which is a separate booklet from the main menu). I chose the steak(5oz) and garlic shrimp combo for 14.99 with a side salad and garlic mashed potatoes. I ordered the steak medium rare and it was prepared that way :) The shrimp were very tiny and OVER spiced unfortunately. The potatoes were delish! And their signature bread is always a hit with me! Keep it coming. The salad would have been a slight bit better had the dressing come on the side(as I ordered it) but was otherwise good. I have nothing against this location and I would visit here again if requested.

I dont mess with anything from outback expect their kookaburra wings. I LIVE for those things! Ive eaten in here but i dont care for anything else on their menu to really rate it. Ive had their steak once and it was decent, but you can get way better at a more legit steakhouse.

I was quite disappointed in my last visit. It was a lunch visit about noon and the place was quite. Our wait for the waitress to come to our table was a good 10 minutes. She was friendly but very slow. She only had 2 other tables that she was waiting on. My steak was not cooked to order and dry(asked for med. well) and was tepid as if it had sat too long, like we did. It took 20 minutes to get our food. I was a avid fan, not so much now.

Thanks to my waiter, Rick, for his excellent service. He came around occasionally to check up on us and he was very genuine and kind. Observing the other staff members, they also were very kind. Service is top notch for a chain restaurant and it works. Next part: The food… Food was good. I ordered 2 platters of wings(one mild and one hot) and the hot wings weren’t even close to hot. Kind of a bummer cause I wanted to experience a kick in my mouth. The chicken was very flavorful, but it literally tasted exactly like the mild wings but with more flavor from the rubs and spices used. That took away a bit from the rating. I also got the chicken asparagus flatbread and it was good. No big complaints. I just wished it had more chicken on it. I had a blast being in this location though. Thanks again, Rick!

Call ahead seating. Still waited 20 minutes when there were 12EMPTYTABLES in the store. Service was slow. Portions have shrunk. Only half full cups of dipping sauces for appetizers. Potato was under cooked and not served as requested. No more Outback for me. Shame how this place has fallen off so bad lately

Came in for a late lunch. Had the small sirloin and coconut shrimp, salads and asparagus. Onions in the salad were way too strong, blue cheese dressing was ordinary. Food was amazing and coconut shrimp were large and the best I’ve ever had Bread was nice and hot. Had a strawberry tini that was very nice. Ordered asparagus which really had no taste and was slightly over grilled Service was excellent

Sat ignored at the bar for about 10 minutes before the bartender even bothered to acknowledge I was there — a bad start to an overall terrible luncheon. Ordered the Chicken Artichoke Flatbread which was just about inedible, save for the fact that it was 2pm and I was staving for a late lunch. It was served lukewarm with a broken crust, on «bread» that under the toppings was hard as cardboard(seriously, even my steak knife couldn’t cut through it.) Shameful, and I used to be an Outback fan years ago but it just seems like the food and service has gone terribly downhill.

Had a 50 dollar gift card to burn. Came here on a friday night around 5 pm and expected a terrible long wait, luckily we were able to score a table for 2 almost immediately. Unfortunately everything after that was a waiting game. Our server was nice. It just seemed like she was constantly apologizing because everything took forever. Even our drinks took 15 minutes. I understand it is a friday night dinner crowd and I know things take time to prepare, but this was pretty bad. I heard other people around me complaining. I did not complain, but I did ask what the hold up was. We didn’t order anything special or have any crazy instructions. Our salty soups finally came out but there was a wait for the bread. Our Bloomin Onion appetizer came out but then we had to wait for drink refills. All in all we had 2 drinks, an appetizer and our main courses(no dessert) we were there for an hour and 45 minutes. I know we didn’t have to wait for a table but we had to wait for everything else. Also the place is so dimly lit in the dining room that we had to use our cell phones to read the menu. It didn’t bother me, I found it funny, but my wife found it aggravating. Our food was as good as can be expected from an Outback. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and were delicious. Prices were reasonable. Probably one of the better chain restaurants in the area, hence why it is so crowded. Had been here a few times before, earlier in the day, later in the evening, during the week, and had no problem whatsoever with service. Maybe we just came on a bad night?
