First, let me say that I love their bread. Always soft and tastes like a french bread loaf should. Sadly, the compliments stop there. I ordered a PePe Sandwich, hold the tomatoes and the massive volume of lettuce they usually load on. What’s left? Three wafer-thin pieces of ham, and two wafer-thin pieces of provolone cheese. $ 1.75 for a bag of chips(tasty enough, what there was of them… they filled the bottom 30% of the bag), and $ 1.99 for MEDIUM drink(in fairness, refills were included, so we could have stayed there for another hour to get our money’s worth! My wife ordered a club sandwich, which was 60% lettuce, and the bill was a whopping $ 17+ dollars. That’s not any kind of value, and I really felt ripped off on the sandwich. Really discouraging. The place was clean, music was loud and annoying, and the staff was helpful, if a little detached. But I can’t see paying this much again for so little product. They should re-name their sandwich«S…ch,» because between the bread, there’s almost nothing there.

Hmmm. Bad reviews? I sure didnt see it. Ate there a couple nights ago. Restaurant was clean, staff was true jimmy johns. Fast, polite, clean. And, our sandwiches were great! The lulu and the italian night club. Keep up the good work.

Why does this Jimmy Johns get such a bad rap? My office orders probably on a weekly basis and Jimmy Johns never takes longer than 10 minutes to deliver our food and they have never made a mistake. The people there are friendly and even remember our names. The food is no different than any other JJ’s I’ve ever had. For a fast, easy, cheap lunch fix I can’t complain!

I have eaten at Jimmy Johns all over the country and I am a huge fan. Then I stopped by this location to get dinner for the family and my love for Jimmy Johns was crushed. The service was awful. To the owner of this location I would suggest you train the night crew that was on tonight(February 10, 2014). Here is the run down: I walked into a near empty restaurant and no hello. I always get a hello and a smile at all other JJ locations. I know I get this at Jersey Mikes. Strike one! After I place my order to an irritated employee she tells me to take my five bags of chips and bag them myself. Not a biggie but kind of annoying. Not a strike, but definitely a foul ball. I wait for my order and when it is ready the irritated employee pointed at a pile of sandwiches and pickles and says«here». I ask for a bag and she looks at me with a dumb look and walks away. I ordered picked and five sandwiches. I see the bags on the service side of the counter and I start bagging sandwiches. I have no idea if these are my sandwiches. There are three customers waiting. Strike two! Now for the owner of this location. Your food costs are way out of line. When I got home I had way too many sandwiches. Strike Three! You are going to be out of business. Too bad really! I will eat at other Jimmy Johns locations but not at this one and I am going to avoid this franchise owner’s locations. One final note: I rarely write reviews but I had too for this location.

Bye Bye Jimmy Johns. What was once my favorite sandwich is now dead to me. $ 10.69 for a JJ now at this location? 2.12 for a bag of chips? 2.61 for a large soda? $ 2.25FOR A COOKIE? ridiculous.

Stopped in here just before noon on a weekday. I was the only person in the place. I have never been the only customer in a Jimmy John’s. Ever. Really weird. The music was super loud(I am guessing because there was no din from the other customers to keep the sound level feeling natural?). I felt a little like a bug under glass since I was the only thing for the employees to watch. Here is my gripe about this place. They had two employees on — and it was the sick guy who made my food. The healthy woman was on the register — and the guy who kept coughing into his shirt was making my food. Um. Yeah. Maybe the sick person could have been on the register where a little coughing didn’t make me look at my food and wonder if I had the guts to eat it? I think I will hit Panera next time and skip the Jimmy Johns.
