KFC

I went through the drive thru today and I ordered a chicken tenders go cup. I thought it was pretty good, the tenders weren’t burnt and the fries were just right. The lady at the window was pretty nice and I got my order pretty quickly. I think this location is better than the other kfc right near lake ridge.

Terrible. Dump fries into your bag, over greasy chicken sandwiches, a waste of real estate imo.

2* is generous. I love the original chicken. There is no consistency in their chicken. I ordered wings once, 2 of the wings were SO SMALL that both of them put together were smaller than the next smallest piece.
That goes for most of their chicken. Not blaming this store, it’s KFC Corporate.
The biggest problem at this store is it’s ALWAYS GROSSLY UNDERSTAFFED and lines form to the door. They should have one of those «ribbon walks» guiding people to the register in an organized manner. Instead people waiting for orders are all co-​mingled with people trying to order.
It’s all about the manager cutting labor costs so he/​she can get their bonuses, at the customer’s expense.

KFC management needs to visit here before this one store helps destroy what is left of a KFC reputation. The store was EMPTY except for one guest waiting for something they didn’t have available. I, the only other person in the place at 6:15 PM on a Wednesday, was virtually ignored by the girl «working» the counter. She literally turned her back on me and spoke in (I assume in Urdu or some other Pak/​Indian language) to the other person working there for a good 30 seconds while I waited. Once I ordered, I paid with a $ 20 (I had just been to the ATM and had $ 102.00 dollars on me). I got change back for a $ 10. When she flopped the change in my hand I pointed it out. She pointed to the receipt and said: «No a ten». Ya, it said 10. I gave her a twenty. When I said no way, the other person came forward and after chatting again in the foreign language, made out that he was going to count the entire till, that was reported to have $ 187.00 in it. He started to count when I offered to help him review his video tape and, if in fact it was a twenty he could fire her on the spot. At this he handed me a ten. No way — give me my twenty and I’ll give you the change she just gave me. He did, I left, and went to enjoy a Chick Fil A down the road.

I was hesitant to go here because of the bad reviews. I ordered the 12 piece meal at 2:45 and we got it in less than 10 minutes. The staff was Courteous and the back counter area was clean. Not spotless but clean.

This Place is clean but the service needs help they never have the food ready and way too often I have had to sit in the parking lot and wait for my meals, might as well not use the drive thru.

This place should be closed down — the last time I was here there were ROACHES on the counter. After the employee rang me out I pointed out the roach which he BRUSHED onto the floor — I know restaurants have roaches but on the front counter is unacceptable — buyer BEWARE

Went there for dinner as the hubby & I were craving chicken sandwiches & McD wasn’t going to cut it. I’ve gotten them at the KFC on JD hway many times & they’re always good, hot & fresh. Also thick & not rubbery at all. The fries are always hot & crisp as well. I assumed this would be the same. NOT! I went thru the drivethru & was told they had no breasts so there would be a 10 min. delay while they cook. I said forget it & pulled into the lot to call hubby. He said «10 min. is not that bad.» I said «ok, fine I’ll go in as they’re already cooking so it should only be like 5 min. now.» I should’ve known better when I walked in & there were about 7 people standing around waiting. 15 min. later I walked out with my 2 sandwiches. How ridiculous. The lady said they were almost done when I ordered them.
It was like watching a Laurel & Hardy episode while I was waiting. There was a new guy, apparently. He was confused & the other workers were picking on him constantly. Quite loudly I might add. I felt bad for him. Consequently he kept making more mistakes as he was flustered. It is a very poorly run place.
When I finally got my food the chicken was overcooked & rubbery & very thin. Not even close to the quality of the other KFC. I would’ve been better off getting McD. My kids chicken from there looked better. Live & learn.
I’d stay away if I were you. Take it from me & all the other posters here, this KFC leaves a lot to be desired.

Similar to other reviewers, I got a a chicken sandwich combo with wedges and biscuits on the side. The biscuits were dry all the way through, and the chicken was overdone. I will not go there again, and I love KFC.

ek! I ordered a chicken sandwich combo yesterday. Everything was stale. The chicken was rubbery as if it was left over from a previous shift. The bread was hard and the potato wedges were cold. I think the only positive about the meal was the ice tea that I ordered with it. I had been to this location before and found that the food was not as fresh but thought it may have just been a fluke… apparently not… back to popeyes it is for me!
