Totally sucks. Waited 20 minutes for a turkey sub and 6 wings. They only have 3 people working on Saturday afternoon and the food quality reflects it too. Avoid this place.

Jerrys isn’t the same. Back in 98 their sandwiches were off the chain ! But now… everything is mass. produced and.fabricated. the cheese steak was decent but the meat wasn’t juicy and bread was dry. However the pizza was delicious. I just wanted to be reminded of childhood when I bit into the sub… but that turned into disappointment. So much for the Jerrys I used to know.

The food here has always been pretty decent, so I decided on spending my lunch break here on 10/7, just before noon. When I approached the counter, I noticed the employee was having a conversation with a friend who was standing in front of the register. My break is only an hour, so I don’t have time to wait for anyone’s conversation. Finally, she asked to take my order. I placed my order, paid and as soon as I received my receipt, they continued talking. The food was fine, though the bun was burned. If there wasn’t a blatant distraction, it may have not been burned. Pretty frustrating, especially since she was the only one visibly working. I felt that I was just in the way and interrupting her conversation. I know this is not how Jerry’s does business as a company, but I’m doubtful I’ll visit this one again.

While shopping at Potomac Mills, I took a lunch break in the food court. I decided on Jerry’s Subs, which is regional pizza & subs chain. This food court location offers Philly cheesesteaks, chicken subs, meatball subs, cold subs, salads, pizza, fries, Coke fountain drinks, and cookies. I was initially going to order the cheese pizza, but then I decided on the #3 Small Italian Cold Cut Sub($ 6.49 plus tax) with Reg Fries and Reg Drink(got a Diet Coke), which was all set in about 5 minutes. There was a slight language barrier in communicating with the staff here, but my order was correct and accurate. The sub itself was okay, which had slices of ham, salami, mortadella, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, amd minimal dressing on split soft bread. The fries were pretty good, which thick cut potato wedges lightly deep fried golden and crisp outside(with skins), soft & hot inside. I finished my lunch and Diet Coke and continued my shopping.
