Do not go here for an inspection. The inspector, Mohammad, was incredibly rude. When I called later to get more clarification over what I needed to have replaced, he wouldn’t come to the phone. He wouldn’t take a 2 minute break from what he was doing to help a confused costumer. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

My wife’s BMW is at the dealership now for some maintenance and we asked them to look at the front control arm bushing being loose and they said they were fine. So not sure what Dale City Shell is talking about?

We had a flat tire and zipped in here to have it fixed. They did a great job and got to it quickly. I have also stopped in for oil changes, but it was hit or miss on getting service. They do good work, so are usually busy in the middle of the day. If you want an oil change, you need to get there early. They also do safety and emissions inspections. They have a dedicated bay for that so the wait is usually not too bad. I tried once to get a front end alignment, but they did not have the equipment for it. Overall, this is not a bad choice if you need something done.
