Cuppy’s Coffee Smoothies & More

Looks to be a small family owned business. It’s clean and cozy. It’s a little weird they are playing hard core rap music but whatever. The smoothies are good and you can’t beat the prices for a non-​chain.

I wish 0 was an option! Awful! I don’t know what happened to this place. New name suggests change! New management has done absolutely no justice for this once upon a time good place! I ordered a banana strawberry smoothie with the mind thinking of real fruit as it states on their sign. She pulls out a box of concentrate liquid with fruit JUICE! So disappointed. Don’t go thinking your getting a healthy treat choice!

went back on 10/​02/​2015 for breakfast. I was able to speak to the new owner. She got the place like a month ago and has renamed it Beto’s. Since it is fairly new, she does not have anyone helping her attend the customers. The food orders may take a little bit more time but the wait is definitely worth it. She did mention she will get help once word of mouth spreads and Beto’s starts getting more regulars. I had tamale and a «asado» (similar to beef stew) sandwich. The food was excellent, the beef was extremely juicy and flavorful. The warm crunchy bread added a to the texture. The tamale was also delicious, one of the best I have had in VA. I will continue to get food here and perhaps try the smoothies/​coffee next time.

Got an iced coffee with bubbles and alfajores.
The good news? The alfajores were pretty great.
The bad news? Oh man, the coffee was terrible. The bubbles were AWFUL. They weren’t cooked long enough so it actually crumbled when I bit into one. The espresso tasted (and smelled) kinda stale.
So, for a coffee shop, I was very unimpressed with the coffee.
But dang, dem alfajores, dudes.

This is a find in Woodbridge VA, and one I enjoyed enough to want to come back soon. Ingrid made Cremora a drink with Root Beer and creamy beverage, which was delightful. I also had a delicious Beef sandwich on the best warm soft roll. There is a yellow sauce for the beef on the side. It makes for an extra special tasting sandwich! I had some sauce left so i bought some Fritos to dip with it. An idea that was tasty. Before i left i had Ingrid make me a Berry smoothie, which is also very delicious. I used the bathroom and it is a one person at a time homestyle bathroom, which adds a warm homey touch to Cuppy’s. Ingrid is very sweet and a wonderful personality who is very capable, as she handled everything herself. I would highly recommend this shop for coffee and sandwiches. Dont miss it!

I have been trying to come here for a while, but never knew the hours. I finally caught it open. on a Saturday. Note to owner… Have more consistent hours… I normally get my coffee at 630 on my way to work and I when I drive by the place is closed. Back to the review. I had a smoothie… It was good I put bubbles in it… It had choices lattes, etc. but it’s not Starbucks… bc of the inconsistent hours I give it 2 stars.

It’s something else other than Starbucks. I much prefer mom and pop places before mainstream. Not a big fan of the décor, it’s not really my steelo, but I would go here for something on the go.

The wife and I love it here. The coffee’s great, affordable and its never really busy. Beats Starbucks anyday!

I was looking for a refreshment on the drive back from Potomac Mills and I’m glad I came across Cuppy’s. the previous reviews were spot on in that you can expect to find friendly service and high quality real fruit drinks and coffee for reasonable prices. The owner greeted us with an ear to ear smile, explained how he carefully blends the crushed fruit to get the perfect flavor combinations, and even handed my boyfriend and I our drinks with gender-​appropriate colored straws selected for us. Too cute. The strawberry lime up and iced caramel latte we ordered were delicious, especially the smoothie. The store has a sizable and comfortable sitting area so I would happily return next time to get a snack with my drink. I’m happy to support the local shops with such friendly service as Cuppy’s.

Came in after class for a latte and was immediately greeted by a friendly face! A very nice lady who struck up a conversation and asked how my day was going so far. I love the personal touch this place gives. Left with my caramel vanilla latte happy. Nice strong coffee and not overly sweet. Will definitely come again and take advantage of the punch card. Punch 9 and the 10^th coffee is free!

Nice little spot to grab a cup of coffee, tea or smoothie that tastes great and is priced right. Henry is the best, always smiling and delivering great service.

This place is great! The owner is extremely friendly and not at all afraid to strike up a conversation. He doesn’t use any «weird» added things inside his smoothies either, it’s pure, fresh fruit. Only fruit. They taste great and it’s a nice quiet spot to be in.

The customer service is AMAZING, the owner is super nice! As for the bubble smoothies — it’s basically a regular fruit smoothie with tapioca bubbles added. It’s not traditional bubble tea — I was disappointed.

Berry smoothie was delicious. Think of a Slurpee but healthier and tastier. Dude working there was also extremely nice. Buy local!

I love this place for the real smoothies. Its hard to find no sugar smoothies and this is so good compared to the gross residue smoothie at panera and other chains. Now for a little more they put bubbles in the smoothies. I love it. And I love the bubble tea and now they have panini… so I have a new study spot.

I finally stopped in this locally owned business on a Saturday morning. The owner (Henry) was gracious and friendly upon stepping inside. I ordered the mango smoothie per his recommendation. The fresh blended mango and juice was ready in no time. Part of the reason was Henry’s efficient blending process and I was the a only customer in the store. The smoothie was on-​point. Not overly sweet but all naturale. Given the friendly service and fair prices, I’ll stop by Cuppy’s again in the near future!

I’m so excited about this place. I’ve been itching to try it for sometime and finally had an afternoon to go in and check it out. I met Henry and we chatted for a few minutes. He’s got a HUGE shop with a great work area (I’ve been up in NYC a lot lately so I haven’t coffee shopped worked here in a bit) but I def plan on coming back to try some other beverages.
I had an iced latte and piece of some sort of loaf. I was a bit bummed on the loaf, only because it was prepackaged, but i didn’t really study the menu long enough to see if they have anything house made.
Henry was awesome. We chatted about the shop and how business has been. It’s not in the BEST place, mostly because it’s on a stretch of old bridge that is gridlock during rush hour and has people driving like maniacs when it’s not. But again, the spot is HUGE the café area has great tables to work, free wi-​fi and comfy chairs.
I asked Henry about the bubble tea someone else mentioned on Unilocal and he confirmed they had it. He also said the fruit smoothies they make are no sugar added. Def plus!

This place just opened Monday and it is your typical Coffee /​Smoothie joint. The guy behind the counter «Henry» was extra nice. He said his brother started the business not to long ago from a kiosk at Springfield Mall. They bought this store and Henry is going to be running it here in Woodbridge.
The business has bakery goods, some on-​the-​go snacks, various smoothies and of course coffee which includes lattes, frappachinos, expressos etc. The prices are cheaper than Starbucks with more selections of different drinks. They have a small area of tables with a television, along with free wi-​fi.
Through some small talk, I discovered that Henry was Vietnamese and had only been in country for about three months. I asked him if he had been to Eden Center and tried the bubble teas at Song Que, his face lit up and a wide grin spread across his face — we have them too! Hollah! Bubble teas offered here!
A minus for the bathroom being a little on the average side. For a brand new business, that restroom should be immaculate in my opinion. Not that it was grungy, but looks like it could get there in a hurry if not attended to. Also, the location is great for morning commuters but stinks for afternoon traffic. Heading up Old Bridge Road, it would be impossible to get-​to during the late afternoon rush.
