Worst experience I had with this baskin Robbins/​dunkin donuts location! It was snowing a bit and the man who was taking our order was extremely rude! I got wet from having my window down for 5 minutes trying to tell him my order and he would pause for ten seconds and repeat it and if it wasn’t correct or if I had a question, he would pause another ten seconds! He never said he was busy or told me to give him a moment, so I’m just sitting there waiting for a response and getting upset. By the time I got to the window, he gave me a really mean look and never told me my total! I had to ask what it was! If you don’t want my money that’s fine with me! He just slammed the food and drinks in my hand and didn’t say a word to me, no thank you or have a nice day. I’m going to call cooperate on this associate and this location because this isn’t the first time this location has been rude to me. Last time I’m ever coming to this location!

I’ve been holding off with submitting a review for this place, because I wanna give them the benefit of a doubt, but today was the final straw. The cashier was very rude! Every time I said «thank you», she responded with a «yup». They also got my ordered wrong, I wanted a double scoop pralines and cream, I realized they gave me a single scoop when I arrived home. The route 1 location will be my new spot. Your staff needs customer service training! Good luck!

I look for comfy places with solid wifi to study in and this place is kinda on the small side they need more seating and some comfy booths!

Do not let the area around it fool you, this is my favorite Baskin Robbins around!
²⁴⁄₇ Drive Thru. They are faster in service. They always know how to make the promotional sundaes.
