Cheese enchiladas and fajitas are fantastic. They sell cans of soda rather than refillable glasses. I like my soda. They keep the water glasses filled.

For starters make sure you have google translation before you come, the waitress doesn’t speak English had to tell the girl three times I want the sauce on the side, 5 times had to tell the waitress I wanted a glass for my Beer the waitress is completely an air head doesn’t speak English at all told the waitress I wanted my food to go took her a second to understand, now I’m all for opportunities for everyone but when your waitressing and you don’t know the basics it doesn’t look good just a FYI

Food was great and came out quick service was fast & friendly and they were saying Metallica. Boom. Also, less expensive than El Paso. A little more«Home cooked» atmosphere & feel than EP, too. Will go again.

Worst place ever I’ve been here before but today I got the worst service ever waitress was terrible food it was not good. We got mojarra Frita and didn’t have any taste and when we tried to complain about it she said that this is a different fish than the one on the picture that still doesn’t mean it had to be a bad taste. And on TOP we had to pay $ 30 for eating nothing and returning the food. Never again

Had the fajitas, and it was pretty decent. However, it is never ok to only give two taco size tortilla’s and charge an extra buck for two more. The sour mix was okay, except that I actually ordered a margarita. I don’t care how short the bartenders skirt is, or how much butt cheek she is showing, there is no excuse for a margarita that horrible.

Before I begin, I have never written a poor review. However, I had such a poor experience here that I wrote the name down specifically in the hopes of helping others avoid my experience. My kids and I were so hungry on a trip back from vacation and got off the highway and found this restaurant. We went in and nobody was there but I assumed it was because it was early. There were several employees, but none of them seemed to want to wait on us. I ordered a cheese dip early on since we were so hungry. It took a long time to come out and when it did, it was not great but at least it was food. Unfortunately, there were barely any chips to go with it. When I asked for more, the waitress eventually brought us a tiny plate of a few chips. Even with giant scoops of cheese dip, we didn’t have enough chips to eat half of it. I asked for more chips and the waitress said no! I was a bit surprised and by then it was so long I just told her that I’d take the dip home to-go and we’d just eat our meals. The meals were terrible and not at all what she described. They billed us completely incorrectly and then when it was time to go I asked for my cheese dip to go and the waitress said they threw it out. No apologies for any of the mistakes. No care at all about service. Incredibly rude and painfully slow service. It was definitely the worst place I’ve been to in my life. And I’ve been to a LOT of restaurants in my 39 years. It ruined my entire day. That’s how poor the service was. My recommendation is to find anywhere else to eat. Or, for the restaurant owners to read this message, take it to heart, and make some serious personnel and policy changes for the better.

Went to lunch with my coworkers and was not impressed at all. The server was not very attentive, he was busy flirting with a girl at the counter while we were waiting for our drinks(they don’t have iced tea which is interesting) and to order. Once we ordered our food and cheese dip, he offered to turn the tv or music on for us. When we asked for music he said we had to play because it’s a jukebox. Our food came out kind of cold, we all ordered the tres amigos enchilada platter, and there wasn’t too much taste. The chips were okay, salsa was really watered down. The cheese dip came after our food came and it was also cold. I was disappointed because I was really craving some good Mexican food but this place left a bad impression. I’ll never go back and I’d recommend going somewhere else. The waiter also asked us about 4 times during our meal if we would come back… that’s a no. Doesn’t surprise me that’s why the place was empty in the first place.

Carne asada was way way too salty and the meat looked like it came from the dollar store. Guacamole had no chips with it. Everything tasted a little old.

This place is so good! Inexpensive and nothing fancy, just a good meal. Don’t let the simple exterior fool you!

We had chips and salsa to start and also ordered the guacamole appetizer. It was good. We had shrimp ceviche for one entrée. Not amazing. It was ok. I think just not what we are used to. We also ordered the combo Daisy, it was delicious! It had a beef quesadilla, chicken enchilada, and cheese chile relleno. The flavors were really great! You can really taste the yummy flavors in the meats. The sauce on the chile was good. We had a michelada and it was very good. The chile seemed homemade. For dessert we had the plaintain empanada. Yum! The booths were set up with cloth napkins, vase with fresh flowers, and nice fancy goblets for water. We will definitely be back!

After finding that my favorite go to for tacos closed, I decided to give these guys a try. Plenty of parking but then again that could be due to the fact that I went in the middle of the day. I saw 2 outside tables on their porch/deck so I’m assuming that’s the outside seating. Once you go in, watch your step as there’s a board right at the entrance that you can trip over. Alright, the place was empty but the bartender was there. She was extremely nice and attentive. Really liked her. My order– mixed fajita(chicken/steak/shrimp), and because I wanted to see what their typical food tasted like, I ordered 1 pupusa(revuelta(pork and cheese) and steak tacos. You can order single pupusas but the tacos come in pairs. Since I didn’t call ahead, I waited over half an hour for the food to come. But in the meantime, the bartender served me a pineapple drink made fresh while I waited. It was refreshing. Could have been slightly sweeter, but overall, not bad. The pupusa really wasn’t the best. It wasn’t as cheesy and tasty as others and the outside of it was kind of dry. Cheese and filling is supposed to ooze out of the sides and this one wasn’t. The tacos were tasty and although I ordered mine plain-I don’t like onions, the bartender was nice enough to let me taste the cabbage slaw(spicy/lemony taste-good) just in case I might like it. The fajitas were really good. Very tasty. The dish comes with 2 tortillas(very small sized-they should provide 1 more at least since they’re that small), re-fried beans, guacamole and sour cream. Overall, it wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst. At least their bartender is very nice. Note: I noticed they have happy hour(per their sign) from 3 – 7. ALL beers are $ 2.95, margaritas are $ 4 and sangria is $ 2.95.

This is a wonderful place! the food is fresh and delicious and extremely authentic. it is not like a chain and don’t go if you’re in a hurry~ the food takes a while — but is well worth the wait! all the servers we have had are wonderful. where they may lack in their english speaking skills, they make up for in making sure we had everything we need. it is a wonderful experience and the food is the real deal! if you want a leisurely again fresh and authentic Mexican dining experience, this place is for you! It’s a weekly stop in our household! ~ we’ve been back a few times since this review. not a good place to order wine. i think beer is okay. but definitely, not wine.

They put flyers on everyone’s car on the street at my house. So i decided to give them a try. The front of their flyer clearly states, «Free Delivery.» The lady who answered the phone had trouble understanding me but I can understand that since it is a Mexican place. However, after I stated I would like to place an order for delivery, the woman on the phone rudely proclaimed, «we don’t have anyone to deliver,» and promptly hung-up on me. Stop putting flyers at my house and on my car if you don’t want my business and don’t actually deliver.

Wost Place ever. I should have known this place was going to be a bust when we walked it and were the ONLY people there. Granted it was 1pm on a sunday but still. The waitress seemed like she starts tomorrow!!! She had no idea what was on the menu. After the initial hiccup we ordered some Margaritas(Mango Flavored) waitress came back the first time to ask if we wanted them on the rox then a second time to tell us that they didn’t have mango and out of the 6 different flavors they had, only three were available :(we got a basket of chips and some watery salsa and just waited for the drinks. After an eternity later she comes back and we pour our own glasses where to my surprise it seems i ordered a SLURPEE. it had NO tequila in it what so ever. I brushed it off as not every place is going to have the perfect margarita but that did make our decision from lunch to just trying appetizers. Ordered that chicken taquitos and the queso fondino. Well, the chicken taquitos weren’t bad but pretty much a tortilla stuffed with chicken they just rolled and fried. with a small scoop of guacamole and sour cream which looked like it was squeezed out of a pastry bag. Now the queso Fondino. GROSSGROSSGROSS. it comes in a small bowl with a sprinkling of chips which for sure are not enough to enjoy the cheese. I take one look at the cheese bowl and there was a THICK layer of OIL on the top. I used the spoon to try to mix it all together and the cheeze wasn’t blending and just curded. I told the waitress to take it back. There was NOWAY we could eat that. 5 minutes later the owner/chef came to our table and asked what the problem was. I had to REPEAT the reason and the chef tried to intimidate me and tell me if i had read the menu, i would know what was in it. I was shocked. Yes i understand that the cheeze had mexican chorizo in it. umm. kinda the reason why we ordered it. She then continued to tell me that is how its made and that the oil is from the chorizo and that i should be clearer in telling the waitress what i ordered. I told her i had eaten this before and usually they DRAIN the meat before its blended with the cheeze. I was so upset i told her she should just take it of the check ANDTHEMENU! BOOM! So after our super sweet margarita we asked for the check. 10 minutes later our waitress comes back to tell us if we had cash because the credit card machine was BROKEN!.. AREYOUKIDDINGME? i wanted to run out of that place and never look back. I told my partner to go get cash at the 711 down the street and sat at the bar waiting. I ordered a shot during the wait and was blown away when i got my check at it was $ 23 dollars. it was more then my meal including the diabetes inducing Margarita. How is this possible. NEVERAGAIN! STAYAWAY!.. save yourself from the terrible service and food.

Our waitress deserves an A+ for her effort. She didn’t speak a word of English(and the 4 of us not a word of Spanish), but somehow managed to help us out with a great smile and warm, friendly personality. The food? Nachos were great. The steak was tender and good. the grilled salmon was odd… it was some kind of white fish topped with what maybe was crab(?). I asked someone who spoke English if the fish was salmon, and they said yes, it was white salmon. I don;t really think so, but it was OK. I kind of wish we got some tacos or something traditional instead of the dishes we ordered – I may go back for that reason(but not for the steak or salmon). The music playing was traditional Mexican and very upbeat – we all enjoyed that.

I can only review the food and some of the service for this place because we didn’t actually go there. After they bombarded my apartment complex with menus and flyers promising free delivery, I decided to call them up, being tired of the typical pizza-or-Chinese-only delivery options. It was a mistake… whomever I spoke with had great difficulty understanding my order and address/credit card information– so much so that the restaurant had to call me back twice after I placed my order(once because they had written down the credit card number wrong and once to give the delivery guy directions). When the food finally arrived, it was mediocre at best and the tab for dinner for two people was over $ 30. It may have been an off-night or they simply weren’t prepared for their new delivery option(I’m not sure if they even still offer delivery), but generally overpriced for the quality of food and service.
