This is a medium sized retail store with lots of medical supplies for the consumer and to a lesser extent, health care workers. They have wheelchairs, scooters, walkers and various kinds of assisted living aids. There are stethoscopes, but I haven’t looked closely at the other medical tools available. They have a shoe shop where they can advise you on what’s best for diabetics, arthritics, those with plantar fascitis, bunions, etc.(And clogs for health workers who are on their feet a lot.) They have many convenient little things that can be hard to find elsewhere like shoe horns and other household items. They seem to be especially proud of their scrubs and medical uniforms, with several lines available and a constantly changing fashion show on the mannikins in the windows(special scrubs for Christmas, or whatever the season is, etc…) There are a lot of products here that are similar to what you could find in a large pharmacy, but just a much bigger selection and the personal attention and advice that can be hard to find in a chain store. For example, there’s a vast array of blood pressure monitors, orthotics, support hose, and braces for every possible sprained joint on your body. A useful place to know with helpful staff.
