We played in the gaming section. You do need to budget since most of the games require a card to load up with points and it’s pretty easy to keep on swiping until you are out. There were tokens available, but I didn’t see many people with them. Each point or also known as spurs(must go with the Western themed restaurant) is worth a quarter. With that, the roller coaster ride gives you three rounds for 14 spurs($ 3.50) and games range from 3 spurs($ 0.75) to as much as 9 spurs($ 2.25). If you’re a kid with a card, none of that matters though. I witnessed several meltdowns but also a ton of families there having fun. The bumper cars were ok, they squeaked so much it sounded like dolphin calls. Staff there had a lackluster demeanor but were pleasant enough to tally up your tickets points at the end. We spent about $ 20 and the 120 or so tickets were worth ten pieces of candy consisting of tootsie rolls, fireballs, and gummy sticks divided amongst two kids.

My kids always have a great time here. A lot of different games and rides for kids to play. There are game and rides for nearly all ages of kids. Its disappointing to always come here to find games«Out of Order». The line at the prize counter never moves with any purpose. Despite the few negative things we always come back as my kids always have a great time.

Great place for kids and the adults can sit back and have lunch/dinner while kids are safe. Clean and the staff is very friendly!

we always stop by here during our annual wisconsin dells trip… it resembles your typical and average arcade(like a mini version of gameworks) this place is geared more towards children 12 and under… expect an average experience… don’t forget to change your tickets for prices… the staff are nice and willing to give you a bigger price even if you don’t have enough tickets… plenty of private parking…

We took our 9 y/o and 2 y/o to Knuckleheads for the trampoline room and they loved it. You pay of either 60 or 90 mins and have to buy special socks for $ 3 or $ 5.99 it was about $ 20 per person for 90 mins. I jumped my self(to keep an eye on the kids of course) and found it amusing. There are 3 different height basketball hoops, a dodge ball area, multiple trampoline area and a trampoline into a foam pit. The best part for me was the massage chair after the jumping and the kids all taking a nap.

My boys shoes were turned in to the lost and found. When we inquired about them they said yes a pair fitting his shoes description were turned in. However, they had been misplaced by an employee and they no longer know where they were. Manager couldn’t give an explanation nor offered anything to attempt to rectify the mistake other than a pair of knock off crocks from the lost and found. He saved and paid for these shoes on his own! Disappointing they wouldn’t be willing to attempt to make a gesture to make it right!

My husband and I were looking for something fun to do on a Sunday night and since most places are closed we thought we would try the trampoline park or bowling here. We got there at 8pm(the website says they are open until 10pm on Sunday’s, great!). We got to the front desk to buy our tickets and the employee said that while we could buy tickets everyone there was starting to «close down» and hoping to go home early. She made it sound like if we stayed everyone would be angry at us for being there, so of course we said no and left. We were extremely disappointed and didn’t feel welcome at all. It’s ridiculous that they wanted to close down 2 hours early. Thinking back, we showed have insisted on staying and stayed until close.

We came at 8pm on a Sunday night. Open till 10pm or later the website says. Got there and they said«we were thinking of closing it down… There is only one family almost done and you guys would be the only ones. This is 2 hours before posted time to close. My wife was so excited to come jump on the trampolines cause she wanted to do something inside and fun like that. How rude and inconsiderate of them to «wanna just close early» crazy if you ask me. I would kinda get it if we came near closing. But 2 hours before!!! Dang Gina, won’t see us here ever. Horrible business/service and owner/manager should be ashamed of this location.

I took my Two teen boys here for dinner and bowling during Spring Break. They very much enjoyed it. Although it was packed, we were seated for bowling immediately and began our game. The food took a little long, but was expected with how many people were here. Be sure to either get trampoline or Bowling, not both at the same time. That’s how it works with time slots. Pay for each as you want to play them. Good place and very polite employees. This place holds go carts, arcade an even a play place for smaller children.

I think Knuckleheads is a name directed at the parents. The kids(10 years old) were disappointed with their«Amusement» unlimited wristband because there really aren’t that many rides or amusements that were of interest. The 4D experience was cool, but 3 of the 10 seats weren’t working and it took forever for a small line to be seated(the 3D glasses used are sparingly wiped off after each pair of glasses with the same cloth over and over [and only the lenses]…so gross). Anyway, being generous with the 2 stars.
