Poor apartment complex, said to be the first of winter park is a lie. The whole complex is provided with only one dumpster where residents live at the back has to walk for 20mins just to throw trash everyday or you can go by car but prepare to bring your car to interior clean because it’s trash, it has juice and bad smell. Stool pickup bags only started providing recently in my entire year of living here. Car wash centre has no water and just ate all my coins. Provided fenced pet area is nasty, it’s ant colony, my dogs caught flea and tick twice when I brought them in there. These are thru first hand experience, which is trustable.
