One of the best Thai places in the area. My wife and I have consistently had good food and service. I usually get the pad see ew and she goes for the pad thai. I am not really sure of the other bad reviews, we have NEVER had a problem and have been going there often for the better part of a year, so often in fact that they know us when we walk in the door. Definitely come try it out if you haven’t, it’ll be worth it!

Our favorite place to eat. Went for lunch today with the family party of 8 and everyone had a delicious meal. Servers are so much fun they’re almost like family we’ve known them for so long. Had the box for lunch a little bit of everything to try and had brown rice as my carb option. They are always attentive to water and hot tea needs.

We ate here a number of yrs. ago, and now tried a second time. The Tom Yum soup was tasty though the broth had an unappealing small. We enjoyed the cucumber salad, and summer rolls were average. The two entrees sizzling beef and ginger chicken were very average. And really very turned off by the chunks of beef questioning exactly what I was consuming. Definitely hope not to return in the future. Would not recommend a first trip.

We have been going to Thai Villa for years. It was one of our favorite restaurants and we used it to introduce a few friends to Thai food which they feel in love with. But something has changed. They’re as busy as they’ve always been so maybe it’s just us. We are Phad Thai fanatics and theirs was always our favorite. Until recently. The delicious mix of spicy with the sweet hint of tamarind was something we craved, but about four months ago we had it and it tasted different. There was spice, but no hint of sweetness, and I can’t really say spice; more like heat. That was it: noodles, egg, and heat. It was almost devoid of flavor. We shook it off as being a one time thing, but another try revealed the same mixture of heat and nothing else. We were beyond disappointed and decided to try one last time ordering something new. I ordered the Phad Rad Nah, a delicious dish I’ve had before in other restaurants. It normally comes with a wonderful, savory brown gravy and they claimed theirs was a «chef’s special gravy.» It was not a gravy and there was nothing special about it. My longed for savory brown gravy was a thin, watery, and surprisingly sweet broth. Their Phad Rad Nah was really Phad Rad Nah soup. Their version of Krab Rangoon and their fried tofu are still delicious, but that’s a shallow victory. It is with heavy heart that we are now done with Thai Villa. After years of excellent food and service we have given them an extended benefit of the doubt and we’ve been disappointed for the last time.

This place is great, authentic and been in the area for many years. I usually have the jam rice or curry, but just about everything on the menu is awesome!

Awesome find! My wife and I at dinner here last night and it was a delight. It was a bit packed(not that big of a place and it was a Friday) so we waited a few minutes to be sat but once that was done the service was on par and our server made our dinner enjoyable. We both ordered Thai teas and as soon as we mixed the drink we slurped them down. For an appetizer we got their dumplings with panang sauce(really good) and Tom kah soup. For our entrees my wife ordered the chicken chili jam and I opted for the green curry both hot(typical spice options were available but given it was our first time we went with hot and got a spice caddy on the side) and served with white rice. The chili jam was awesome and the green curry is one of the better ones that I have tasted here in central Florida. I would definitely recommend both or even venture out and try the chili name fried rice(was recommended as a house special and we will get next time). This place will not disappoint.

Went on a Friday night to this hidden little gem. When you walk in there is no immediate hostess so you kind of have to pop your head in a little to the dining area so they notice you. We ordered the Thai iced teas, the tom kah soup, steamed dumplings with panang curry sauce drizzled on it, chili jam with pork and green curry with pork. Everything was pretty appetizing. My favorite was the Thai tea(pretty standard and lived up to my expectation) and the green curry. The main dishes were ordered hot and had a solid heat to them. Next time I plan on trying the chili jam fried rice and the Thai donuts with condensed milk. I will most definitely be getting the green curry too and maybe even have it be Thai hot this time.

First things first– it’s definitely a hole in the wall in a shady strip mall. But it’s a bit of a diamond in the rough and a local favorite. Small dining room, not much to look at. They have some inexpensive wine so I opted for that, but my friends seemed to like the Thai tea. I ordered the chicken spring rolls for an appetizer which came with sweet sauce, and they were great. I was torn on what to eat for my meal since I had never been to a Thai restaurant, and wanted to get an authentic first experience. I ended up choosing the chicken panang curry with medium spice. It was delicious! They also give you little spice jars with nuts etc to add more flavor to your dishes. Beware though: I don’t know if it was the food or if it was my stomach not being used to Thai food, but an hour or so later I was in quite a lot of stomach pain. I’ve not given up on the place completely because I really did enjoy the food. I might try something different next time.

This is my absolite favorite Thai place, but maybe its because it’s where I first experienced Thai food. They are very authentic.(They take off about a month each year to go to Thailand I hear.) My family has been going here for many years & the servers are very nice & can be playful & funny. I have tried many dishes, from the curries, rice & noodle dishes, and stir-fry meals. Everything is great. They have awesome Thai teas & coffees. We love the fried bananas dessert. Tonight I finished half of my dish & my server gave me extra rice for my take home box. It was very nice. They also have great prices for the quantity & quality served. They recently updated the look inside. Its more modern now, but still with classic Thai art touches. It is a small restaurant but we have fit large parites, just call ahead or do take out. My dad goes here a few times a month so whenever he gives me a ring to join him, I am there!

Have been coming for years.. Always a steady stream of people who are dinning in or doing carry out. If you want it spicy. .you will get it. The Thai Villa salad is one side plate of yummy. Some of the best pineapple fried rice I have ever had

Thai Villa didn’t disappoint on a recent visit. The place is unpretentious and friendly and the dishes ordered were all spot on. The satay, normally a bit of a bore, was elevated by an open flame at the table. Extra caramelization son. Larb salad was on point as well, toasted rice powder, ample chili, good balance. I oversalted it myself because I’m obsessed with nam prik. Chili Jam with chicken had great heat and flavor, curry was flavorful. All in all, a totally solid joint with real deal flavors. Go to here.

I absolutely love their chili jam rice! I admit, I was a little hesitant to get it at first just because it had«chili jam» in it, but after that first time, it’s about all I order now. They even have an option where you can get chicken, beef, and shrimp in it… Perfect for people as indecisive as I am! I love it spicy and they definitely deliver on the spice factor without sacrificing flavor as well. I have also tried the chicken pad thai and, while it was pretty good, I can’t say it’s the best I’ve had. Service is always impeccable. We are always quickly seated and the food comes out in a timely manner. The only downfall, I must say, is that this is a pretty small place(about 10 tables and booths) and when it is busy, it does get pretty loud. Totally worth it for that chili jam rice though… Trust me!

I’ve heard a lot of people mention this place and it’s had some positive reviews, but honestly, I was not impressed. The appetizers mainly tasted like batter and did not have much flavor at all(and I tried the sample platter and calamari). The food was pretty much the same, not terrible but not great. I had the panayg curry and it was a bit watery for my taste. Overall it may just be that my expectations were too high, but I do not think I will be returning.

The yellow curry chicken is extremely good. The spring rolls are as well. And their Tom Yum soup is absolutely delicious. I have been ordering the same thing every time I go, and I should really try something else. But with what I order, and having been to many Thai restaurants in Los Angeles, this place is top notch.

They are known to take off a month or so in the summer time so make sure to check that they are open. Besides that I love the panang duck curry! Very flavorful and the duck is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Excellent authentic cuisine. Reminder: CLOSEDFORVACATION from May 17, 2015 to July 8, 2015. Small and short on atmosphere, they more than compensate with tasty dishes. Have a beer and noodles. They are very good at seasoning spicy to taste. I like it hot and they did an admirable job!

I really enjoy the food and atmosphere at Thai Villa. This restaurant has been here for a long time, and they have always had sweet servers and good food. I recommend the pad thai, the pad see ew(don’t know if I’m spelling that right, and the drunken noodles are also really good. If the dish doesn’t already come with Thai basil, I will usually request it because I LOVETHAIBASIL. Trust. It makes everything better. Oh! And don’t forget Thai tea. No visit to a Thai restaurant is complete without some Thai tea. Everything here is good. It is in a convenient location, it’s cute, and intimate. It’s always pretty quiet in there too, so it’s a good place for meetings, romance, break ups, whatever your heart desires. I’m kidding. Don’t break up with your significant other in public… it ruins everyone’s night. But do come here for good grub :)
