Bruce couldn’t have been more helpful. Got a new deck and boots this year and he tweaked it all to perfection… For no charge. I’m not saying go to Bruce to help you with your set up. I’m saying if you want some professional advice to go along with an awesome selection of gear Powdertools is your choice.

Powdertools is first stop in all my rental or gear needs! These guys really go out of their way every time I go in there. They have a good selection of brands and seem to really know about all the products they carry. From what I’ve heard they have a really good reputation from the locals compared to other shops in town.

My experience here was kind of ehhhh. It wasn’t horrendous but it wasn’t good. They have a lot of stuff but that’s about it. Went to demo/​rent some boots. Staff was unhelpful and relatively dismissive; borderline douchie. I got what I needed but not much else. Looks like they have a good rental selection but you have to book ahead to get a decent deal. Outside of that, do yourself a favor and go across the street to Divide (or Epic if you need ski stuff.)
