«Chicken Parm — YUM!»
Last week, we had Pizzeria Valdiano catered-​in for a group of about 15 that were meeting for our annual strategic plan. It was a welcome break to the endless parade of sandwiches that typically find their way to our meetings. The chicken parmesan was tasty; the salad fresh; and, the garlic knots! Everyone enjoyed the meal; and, we commended the staff for the change of pace.

The staff was so friendly and looked happy to be there. They were very helpful. The pizza was pretty good too. We just ordered a slice of cheese pizza. Def recommended if you are craving pizza!

Fantastic thin crust pizza with fresh toppings, delicious tiramisu, and addictive cannoli were the choices we made. Everyone was definitely a home run. Conveniently located next to the Regal theater makes this perfect for a dinner and movie night. Seating is limited inside so keep that in mind.

UPDATE: May 29^th 2016. I shot a email to Joe Liguori and the next day he called me personally.
I wasn’t sure how big this pizza place was. If it was a big corporation that really didn’t care. It’s a smaller family run business and Joe was very sincere and I can appreciate that. hopefully next movie night we’ll be able to stop in and actually try the place out.

9:58 pm my wife and I walk in, they close at 11pm. The booths on the right, and tables were full. I saw chairs flipped upside down on the tables of all the empty booths to the left. I asked «is no one allowed to sit here?».
I was told no one can sit on that side it’s closed off now.
Sooo. you have no F’in seating for customers for the next 1 hour that you’re open?
We turned around, walked out, and we are currently sitting comfortably in a booth at the sushi place 10 feet away.
We will never be returning to this place after movie night. Who the F tells customers sorry. No seating for you and you have 1 half of the restaurant empty.
EDIT: 10:33PM we are leaving the sushi place and now they have people sitting on the left side of the restaurant. The same area we were told was closed. And now the right side is emptied out. .

At least I found the contact info for Joe Liguori. I’ll shoot him a email and see if telling customers half the restaurant is off limits 1 hour before closing happens to be the views of just the employees here, or the higher ups share these same views.

I just moved to the area, and Valdiano came up as the best reviewed for my area. I ordered a 10′ cheese, bread knots, and a meatball sub. Unfortunately, I also tried the delivery app on Unilocal.I received my food 2 hours later (5:30 order, 7:40 arrival), cold, and mostly stale. I believe that the delivery was done thru a 3^rd party and not Valdano, so I’m willing to try again, but never thru the Unilocal app ever again. I will update my review after a 2^nd try, but I cannot give a good rating based on what I received.

Great little pizza place. You order at counter & pick up the food yourself. They have a nice, but small seating area. It is nice & comfy. There is a tv in the seating area. We stopped in for lunch, the girls got salads (which came with garlic knots) & the guys got subs. Everyone was pretty happy with their meals. Everything was ready fast & correctly.

Good pizza — plain and simple. I got a plain cheese pizza since I had a coupon for it. It didn’t need anything else! Good crust, flavorful sauce, and not overloaded on cheese. I enjoyed it and will definitely return!

Happy Belated Valentine’s Day! I’ve been to Pizzeria Valdiano’s several times and always loved the service and pizza. This time wasn’t any different. It’s located in Winter Park Village next to AMC Regal Cinemas. My son and I has just gone to see Zoolander 2, and wanted a bite to eat. With it being Valentine’s Day we didn’t want to go anywhere that we would be waiting a long time; so we decided on Valdiano’s. It’s always busy there; however, the line always moves at a reasonable place. We ordered the Quattro Formaggi. It was so yummy! We loved it! In my opinion it’s the best pizza I’ve had ever. Thanks Valdiano’s we’ll be back!

Mmmmm delicious NY style pizza! Was planning on going to another restaurant but decided on a more casual setting instead. Ordered a slice of cheese pizza and bread knots, total came out to $ 6 so not bad at all! It’s hard to find pizza places now that sell pizza just by the slice so this was awesome! Loved the pizza and the bread knots were hot and delicious.

By far the best pizza I have found in winter park, I suggest the bianca, ⁵⁄₅ would dine again.

Best word to describe this pizza! So much amazingness in their Sicilian slices. But my fave is Italian sausage with tomatoes and basil.

Great spot to grab a slice before a movie. Very kid-​friendly. Crust is thin but crispy.

My go-​to spot for huge slices of New York pizza. Cheese slice only $ 2.50. Friendly staff and good food. To-​go parking right in front. No delivery available.

I love this place. The guys in front are very nice and the pizza is fresh. The pizza isn’t dripping a lot of oil either and the fried mozzarella is awesome. The prices are great and you can go right next door to the movies. My daughters, sister and I love going to this place now or whenever we are near the area.
On another note: the place is great because my sister left her card by mistake and when we called up the guys had it waiting for her.
Return? Yes, of course.

5 stars for great ownership. Owner was there helping me decide what to eat with my dietary restrictions. Absolutely love the little pizza shop. Great pasta too!

I’ve been here 4 times now and usually get the calzone with banana peppers and meatballs but the last two times I’ve tried something new and not been disappointed! Their eggplant Parmesan is absolutely perfect: saucy, accompanied by pasta and a garlic knot, just delicious. This last time we ordered takeout for the first time ever and got a large pizza with meatball and mushroom. It was yummy, but the calzone is still my fave. The guys that work here are super friendly and personable, I love interacting with them and it really creates a great environment and fun people watching location.

I’ve visited this place a few times now but I have to say this has been the best time. The key is getting the Stromboli. Oh, man does that thing rock! I added pepperoni and the total with tax was only $ 6.92. The dough gets crusty on the outside but stays chewy on the inside. It was the sauce that made it. Sometimes pizza sauce just tastes like tomato paste but this had a nice balance of seasonings.
And the guys that work there are just cool. Friendly and patient, they’ll take your order, chat with you in the dining area and clean up after folks have left.

This place has probably the best location for a pizza place besides the ones near the bars downtown. Who wouldn’t want to grab a slice of pizza before or after a movie? This place is right next to Regal Winter Park which is my preferred movie theater, and I usually stop in here for a quick bite to eat before a movie.
The staff is wonderful here. They’re very nice, and they frequently crack jokes behind the counter that keeps everyone in a happy mood. The décor is typical pizza joint stuff. Nothing fancy.
The pizza’s not the best in town, but it is worthy of your time. You can get pizza by the slice (Hey, Orlando pizzerias. you can’t claim your restaurant is NY style if you don’t offer pizza by the slice), or you can get a whole pie. They’ve also got the usual selection of calzones, stromboli, and subs. The meatball marinara sub is really good.
It’s kind of small inside, so on a busy Friday night, you might find yourself struggling to find a place to sit and eat while the movie theater crowd wades in and out. And parking near the theater is always a nightmare. It’s worth it just to park at the nearby Publix and walk the extra few feet.

The staff behind the counter are always cracking jokes and including the customers in on it. They’re very friendly, and very talkative.
Honestly, I know they have a menu that isn’t just pizza, but the only things I’ve ever gotten there have been slices of pizza, garlic knots and side salads. I love their slices! The pizza is really good.
I’m giving a 4 star review because it’s not really group friendly, and the seating options are just «meh.» They have booths that are very narrow, so if you’re carrying a little extra around the waist, they’re pretty crowded. They also have high top tables, but they’re round and only fit 4 people. Outside they have a couple tables that seat more people, but no cover/​awning in case of rain.

If you ask for toppings like garlic and basil, they will fix you up! Try it on the pizza Bianca. Delicious! I’m picky about pizza but love it here.
The staff is always very friendly and loves to joke around.
