What makes this place great? Their hand cut fries with skins. They are so incredibly tasty. Perhaps it is the oil that they use. The ice cream actually tastes like an old fashioned malt… smooth and very creamy… a nice surprise for a modern day hamburger joint

YUM! Decided to try BurgerFi on a whim tonight(pregnancy craving deemed it burger night) & I wasn’t disappointed! I’m in love with their veggie burger, & I’m not vegetarian. Very delicious! Fries were awesome, their house sauce is great & the service is speedy. They also have some alcohol if that’s your thing.

Food is good, nothing incredible though. Went for lunch today and asked for a side of garlic aioli with my veggie burger(free topping on the board), the girl gave me a whole speech(with attitude) on how she should be charging me since I didn’t order a side item because it costs them to put it on the side. I replied, «you can charge me if you need to», I didn’t care. And she insisted that she wasn’t going to… THENWHYAREYOUGIVINGMESHITABOUTIT! It’s a FREE topping! Ugh, dumb people.

I can see why some people would not give this 5 stars, but I just love burgerfi! The burgers, fries, drinks, and shakes are just so damn good! If I have to pay a little extra for better quality«fast-food» then so be it. The taste is off the charts and when I eat here, I’m not trying to save a buck. I normally eat in and eat clean — so anytime I am traveling and see a burgerfi, I am stoked and I don’t care that it costs more.

First time eating here last week and I thought it was good. I thought the prices were a little high for what you get, but it did taste great. The meat is all natural, grass-fed beef, so you pay for this. I love this meat because it is clean and fresh from cows. You don’t have to worry about chemicals or harmed done to the animals like being locked up in a building with no moment. Anyways, the menu selection is very wide with tasty options. I ordered the 28 Burger with a side of Onion rings. The 28 Burger is: Double 28-DAY DRY-AGEDGROUNDBRISKETBURGER, SWISS + BLUECHEESE, LETTUCE, TOMATO, PICKLES, BURGERFISAUCE. I thought it was super small, but super yummy. The onion rings were huge in side. The burger was $ 10 and nothing comes with it. The onion rings were $ 5 for a basket. My friend order just a regular burger and milk shake. The shake was $ 6. Once you place your order, you can sit down at any table. They hand you a number stand and bring out your meal when it is ready. The staff was amazingly nice and welcoming. The interior was fun and unique. They use meat hooks for the light fixtures. Creepy, but unique. Overall, I was ok with this business. Not the best and not the worst. Just thought the prices were a little steep for what you get for the money. I suggest trying it once and make your own judgement.

Love the food. Great service and staff. Please remove the Table Minder pads on the inside tables. There is old food and crumbs under the pads that are not cleaned.

Sitting at a Burger Fi on campus at Auburn the manager mentioned to us that if we think this location is upbeat and fun we had to check out the Winter Park store next time we were in the greater Orlando area. As much as I travel this was an easy feat to accomplish. And, while in town for Florida/Florida State we took a detour to sample the hype. Sure, this is a busy spot, but it wasn’t the large, hip, happening location we expected. In fact, Auburn blew the scene at Winter Park away. Fortunately, the food didn’t disappoint. Burger Fi is one of the best burger(chains) in America and this location echoes that. I chuckle when people complain about the price. Keep in mind, the cost of food has skyrocketed in recent years. It’s $ 6 for a terrible burger combo at McDonald’s. Consider that none of the burgers are ever frozen here and you’ll realize items are fair priced. Burger Fi brings good toppings with quality meat. Customers can order a specialty burger(they are more expensive, but come packed with tons of toppings) or create your own. I’d recommend trying something different every time, but you can’t go wrong with any of the options. Keep in mind, there are no combos available. However, when you order fries(which is a smart plan, they are hand cut on site) stick with a regular. The regular size is enough for two, easily. Our favorite is Cajun, but all the toppings pack flavor. Oh, and do try the strawberry lemonade. It’s made on site daily. Yum.

I have to say I was very impressed with my visit here. Having been to many of the new variety of burger joints that are around, I figured this would be overpriced and overhyped– especially given its location on park ave. However, I left very satisfied. I got the number 28 burger which has an angus beef patty, and a patty made of brisket that has been dry aged for 28 days. I added bacon to the sandwich for $ 1, and must say that the burger was fantastic. I also ordered fries that were good but a bit soggy, but I had some of my friends fries and they were much better(seemed that my fry order was rushed out). With a Dogfish Head 90 minute(beer) as my drink I spent about $ 20 total, which was a bit in the high side — but I thought it was fair considering I chose the premium burger with bacon, etc All said, I was very happy with my experience and will definitely be back to try some other items. The milkshakes looked great!

Came here with friends I was visiting, hungover as hell; not gonna lie. All I needed was a big ol’ burger and fries to set me right. I got right. The only reason I knocked it down a star is the ding dong waitress. Oh man, this chic was so preoccupied with everythng going on around her, I wanted to hit her on the head. First she was conversing with a coworker, then she was refilling cups, then she was assisting another coworker with another order. THEN after I told her I was paying for two people, she rang up my order without waiting for the other person. I was over her real fast. Regardless, these burgers are fantastic! Freshly made, hand shaped, crispy bun and lots of options. The toppings were super fresh and I devoured that thing. I opted for onion rings as I saw that their french fry style wasn’t my fav(even though I did try mmy friend’s fries and they were in fact, really good) They offer beer and wine along with regular soft drinks. GREAT burgers and casual atmosphere. * sweet hangover cure!

For a burger joint this place is not bad at all. The burgers taste great and the fries are also very good. Beer prices aren’t bad either. The main appeal to it is that you get to build your own burger and there are A LOT of options. Adding a fried egg to a burger is always a good choice so I’m glad that was available. There are many toppings you can choose from and sauces you can add to your burger, so anyone will be happy. The restaurant was very busy when we went(around 8pm on a Saturday night). The trash cans were overflowing and the lines were very long. The value we paid for the meal wasn’t bad but Red Robin provides a similar experience in a sit down environment for about the same price. I would definitely go back to BurgerFi because the food is great, but the long lines and the overflowing trash really need to be taken care of and managed more efficiently, especially at peak times.

I didn’t expect the burgers to taste so good here! It honestly reminded me a little of In-and-Out! Incredibly juicy and flavorful. Also tried a hot dog which was good but I would stick to the burgers! Fries were just average could have done without them. Maybe it’s because we added some garlic sauce to them and they became sort of soggy. Overall a good experience and would definitely go back.

This little place is awesome. I am not a burger person, so I get the veggiefi burger every time without fail. It’s AMAZING. I’m also allergic to peanut oil, which is what they fry their fries and onion rings in, but from what I’ve heard, they’re also amazing. My friends really like the parmesan herb. Their shakes are really great as well if you want it with your meal or just as a dessert if you’re in the area. I get the coffee mocha shake every time. I love it. Sweet and thick!

Grrrrrrr… now I see why 5 stars isn’t a thing for this place. This location is inconsistent. Ordered the 28 burger and one patty was pink and perfect while the other welldone. The fries must have been dropped in cold oil because they were limp and not crispy. i asked if I could request the temp on the burger and they said no. I specifically asked that they don’t overcook the meat and of the 2 double patty burgers only 1 in 4 was cooked good. This place has incredible flavor when done right. Get your act together. Put a timer on the patties and fryer!!!

Loved this place!!! 5 guys used to be my goto quick service burger joint, but now it’s going to be here. The beef is grass fed, juicy and delicious. The bins are like potato bread and squishy soft(they’ll also wrap your burger in lettuce). The fries were out of this world. I got the Parmesan and herb with garlic aioli. Get it! I’ve been dreaming of my next burger the last 4 nights, can’t wait t go back!

Came back because my mother is addicted to their onion rings — took a bite this time and they were great! Again with the delivery system(maybe its our bad luck?), it took the two orders of cry fries and Burger Fi burger a while and the fries were cold when they reached us(why, BurgerFi, why?) even though the onion rings were hot on top. Also, more«half fries»(those half burnt ones) at the bottom of our fries so I guess we got the last of the batch. Extra star because we bought our pup(ok, our baby puppy who is HUGE) and they provide ample outdoor seating and some airconditioning if you sit right outside their doors. Will be back because we just moved in down the street and dog friendliness.

Burgers are extremely plain and unless you like thousand island/mayo they have no other sauce options. Not the greatest selection of toppings for your burger either. Fries are really good and you get a huge portion. I’d go here again just for the fries. Really bummed their burgers are so bland.

BurgerFi is pretty awesome. Orlando has so many great burger joints now that it’s getting a little easier to be selective with the ones we do choose. If you feel like an afternoon strolling Park Avenue and start hankering for yummy grass-fed beef and GIANT onion rings-this is your place! I wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way to get here if you don’t happen to be in the area, but again, Orlando has a TON of burger places now… which is a good problem to have. We went during a weekday so it was less busy, found a seat, ordered and waited. The food came out quick, hot, and fresh. I hate huge burgers, so was happy to see that it was a human size portion… meaning it wasn’t ginormous but would leave me full. It was also well done and tasty. If you want something dependably yummy and in the area, this is a good option!

BurgerFi is a pretty great addition to Park Ave. Like any great junk food such as pizza or ice cream, you may prefer a certain style over another. BurgerFi’s patties are on the thin side similar to but beefier than a Steak ‘n Shake patty. If you want a mondo patty you’ll have to look elsewhere. I appreciate that you can customize your burger from scratch or add on to a menu item. My go to is the BurgerFi Cheeseburger that comes as a double with Fi sauce(think big mac type sauce), lettuce, tomato, and cheese. You can choose, and I do, to get it «greenstyle» in a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. Always add pickle. Fries are tasty and are meant to be shared. Milkshakes are heavenly. Beer, wine, and a Coca cola freestyle round out your drink options.

I am coming back just for their veggie quinoa burger! Seriously, I really didn’t feel like I was missing out on the experience just because I don’t eat meat. It was hearty, filling and surprisingly satisfying! My husband and I always know better and share an order of the cry and fries. But we can’t help but chuckle when we see first timers order their own fries instead of sharing —and then witness their shocked looks when the massive amount of food comes out. I feel like it’s some sort of right of passage for every newbie. The real victims would be those untouched fries. What a shame. It can definitely get crazy on the weekends. The line builds up and backs up to the outside patio area. And seating is pretty much a hot commodity. You just have to grab it when you see it. I highly suggest having someone in your party go on a table hunt while you place the orders. It will make things sooo much easier. On our recent visit, we ate at a community table. It was fine up until I had to get out of seat so I just made my husband get my refills and condiments. ;) This is a lively and less uptight spot to dine on Park Avenue and I like it!

I really like this place and the people I was with say they thought it was way better than Shake Shack… say what?! I haven’t been to Shake Shack myself, but I trust these dudes and I loved my burger and fries from BurgerFi. My hubby ordered the breakfast burger and it was soooo dope. I got the cheeseburger, which was also delicious. The beef in both of our burgers was juicy, tender, and tasted fresh. We also shared a regular order of fries, and they were delicious. I saw the onion rigs after we had ordered our food, and I will be back to try those some time because they look crispy and glorious. I also want to come back to try a custard milk shake. They also look great. I like the setup of this place too. It’s urban, clean, and open. We sat outside because we had our pups with us, so they had a nice shady spot to sit. They also offer a military discount of 15%. I thought that was a nice perk. They saw my ID in my wallet and immediately offered it to us. Thanks so much, and we will totally be back.
