Worst customer service ever. I showed up two minutes before they closed to a locked door. The employees stared at each like «I’m not answering the door you answer the door» the continued talked to the customer in the store until it was exactly the time they close. The employee opened the door and told me they were closed. I told him I got there before they closed and he said «well now it’s after hours and for security reasons you can’t enter the store». I had spoken with customer service over the phone and they sent me to this store to resolve a very serious billing issue. I will cancel me subscription and never deal with att due to this stores actions.

I’ve been into this store several times. Not to purchase a phone but for things like updating a plan, or changing service from one phone to another. The sales guys always have been more than professional. I’m kind of an idiot when it comes to phone technology, but they always go the extra mile and make sure I have all my questions answered before I leave. :) even knowing I won’t be spending $$.

backs the Sales Staff when they lie to the customer’s — BEWARE
