A small shopping center with few businesses. Including a Tijuana Flats, Domino’s Pizza, NY Barbers, Walgreens, Chinese, sushi bar and a nail salon.

A neat little shopping center in the E. Orlando /​Avalon Park corridor. It is currently home to a handful of businesses: Walgreens, a barber shop, a beauty salon, a dry cleaners, a place for Chinese cuisine, Dominoes pizza and Tijuana flats. A sushi place is coming soon.
It is an easy stroll or bike ride if you lived in one of the nearby neighborhoods. Thus far there seems to be ample parking but things may get hectic once the sushi place opens (if their food is good).
I think it would be very cool and family friendly if they turned the land next to Tijuana Flats into a mini park with swings, a slide, etc. for the kiddos. I can’t recall if there is a bike rack, but that would be cool too.
