Now if you are a member of the Winston YMCAs you can all so attend the YWCA as part of your membership. The facility is pretty nice. The staff is friendly but not very helpful. I would have liked a tour of the facility but I got the feeling not to ask for one. Some aspects of the facility I liked like the pool area and the bright locker rooms. Not a fan of the showers. I wish they offered towels like my usual Y. Overall not a bad place to work out.
