Same as it’s always been. I have to say that I’m not too fond of the wait system though. There is no signage to point you to sign in, and most of the time you just hover around the desk. Not really enough waiting areas to sit if you don’t want to browse glass frames.
Also, when you order contacts and you need a case, you’ll have to ask for it. They don’t really give you one, and they use a manufacturer called «Excel» instead of what many people know: Boston/B&L, etc. If that manufacturer bothers ya, probably stay away. Didn’t for me.
