This kiosk in the mall is always busy, the staff never seem friendly. I placed a mobile order and wanted a glass of water in addition, which wasn’t possible thru mobile order, so I asked at the window and they literally wanted me wait «My turn» behind like 10 customers to get it!!! I of course was astounded and they let me have it «this time». I am glad they are so busy and everything, but they need to work on their customer service a little. I will obviously go back, because– Starbucks! :)

Baristas were slow and rude. Had to practically guide the one who took my order how to write my drink and ones making were giving dirty looks of disgust and anguish. As an ex partner/​barista their standards are not up to par.

Went on a Monday and it was not busy at all! Service was fast and the drink was accurate. I would have liked to have had them welcome me when I arrived instead of just staring at me, but they got my coffee order right and that’s what really matters when you need a pick me up!
