Starbucks

It pains me to update my review, but Starbucks has now more than doubled the amount of money you need to spend to get a free reward. To add insult to injury, they sent out a cheery email insulting the intelligence of their customers. Time to find a new coffeehouse to visit.

Never too busy, quick service. Great outdoor covered seating. Quiet atmosphere and excellent place to set up shop and do work for the day!

Perfect starbucks to go to if you are looking for shaded outdoor seating. They also have a seating area inside but it is smaller than other starbucks. There isn’t a drive through here but I usually order inside anyways.
My two fav drinks are iced caramel macchiato with whip cream and iced green tea latte with whip cream.

Lisa was awesome. I wasn’t feeling well. She recommended a citrus and peppermint tea with honey. Gotta say it helped. Location is convenient, but tight. Store is on corner of building and I know they love it when it is warm enough for outside seating. These are 10 – 12 seats inside. Great staff, wish they had more room.

I like that this location has outdoor seating. The staff is friendly and my coffee was just how I ordered it. There are stools so you can easily find a seat inside.

Really wish they had a drive thru considering their location. It’s one of those places you have to just know about or stumble upon by accident. It sits off the road and you likely will not see it until it’s too late.
It would be nice if there were more places inside to sit. When it’s raining the place gets crowded VERY quickly. The tables are small and crammed in. They definitely need a better remodel because what they currently have isn’t working very well.

This is my go to Starbucks because its closest to my house! The parking can sometimes be a pain here during busier hours and you’ll have to search the parking lot a bit. Overall the service is good here. However, my biggest problem is the accuracy of drinks. I have to get decaf because of a recent I can’t have caffeine issue arose, but I still like the taste of the drinks. On multiple occasions they have messed it up and thankfully I realize before I drink it. When I go in and ask if they made it decaf and they haven’t they are not apologetic at all a simple sorry would be enough apology for me.
I am a sucker for their holiday lattes. I love the pumpkin spice, caramel brulee, eggnog, and peppermint hot choc. Like literally they are my sugary weakness in life.

My short, toffee nut mocha was made correctly. Add a butter croissant and a bottle of water, and my bill was a little less than $ 8 using the Starbucks gold card.
Google maps had a hard time with this place, telling me to take a back way. I was on Stratford, then I was to turn a right onto Knollwood, and a left onto Witt. This put me behind some businesses, and I was very confused. I kept driving, following another car, and lo and behold, Starbucks at the end of the strip was on my left. So, word of advice — don’t follow Google maps’ directions if they tell you to turn onto Knollwood. Instead, turn onto Oakwood (which is the street address) from Stratford!

Been giving the place another try. There’s less complaining about working at Starbucks. They need to spend more time cleaning (dead flies in food display) and bathroom smells. The food display was nearly empty of product at 4pm.

This location is WAY TO small to handle so many customers! The parking lot was a pain to park in and it was pure chaos to get in and out of the coffee shop. Once inside the employee taking the order was super nice, it was a tiny counter area and it was very cramped with all of us waiting for coffee.

Typical Starbucks. No Drive Thru, however they do have an outside area with free Wi-​Fi.
I frequent here quite often because of the great staff and management.

I feel this is the best Starbucks location in WS. It is in the same building as my office which helps but it is also very efficient, clean, and comfortable. The inside seating is not great but you can normally find a spot for two. The outside seating is great when the weather is good. It is wonderful for meeting clients and seems to lean more towards a business environment as far as the vibe is concerned… but again this could be because I normally go there when I am on my way to, at, or leaving the office. The staff has seen a lot of transition lately but it has gone well and the new folks seem nice. The manager is the same and she is awesome and most likely the reason it continues to run so well as the staff changes. I know my drink will be made fast and correct and that is all that really matters at the end of the day to me, the smiling faces are an added bonus.

Plenty of outdoor seating. Either sunny or in the shade. Great place to take a date or study quietly.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks. They are good so long as their staff is not lazy. The Oakwood Drive Starbucks staff is terrific. Very friendly and they have never gotten my order wrong. The one negative is that there is no drive-​through, which is fine so long as you aren’t in a rush on the way to work… which is the only time I go to Starbucks. Oh well… sacrifices must be made for large quantities of caffeine.

The coffee here is five stars as all of the Starbucks I have been in. This is more or less a review of the store and its location.
This is near Thruway and has an easy in and an easy out from the parking lot to Stratford Drive. This is the Starbucks I usually visit when I am in Winston, mostly due to the parking and easy access.
