Peking Chinese Restaurant

Delivery was a great convenience, but it was not quick. Food arrived about an hour after ordering, but it was hot. Crab Rangoon was yummy, egg roll was pretty good. The curry beef had a nice flavor as did the hot and spicy chicken. The fried bean curd was cooked where it was lightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Overall, I would order again, but before I was hungry.

I give up.
Been waiting 90 minutes.
I call to check on food and they have no clue about my order. Unbelievable.

The food generally is good. I haven’t really had problems.

I’ve ordered online several times and it’s always been good but today I ordered crab rangoons, General Tso’s chicken, and Sesame chicken. Both chicken dishes taste bad and the chicken tastes like it’s been cooked about 2 – 3 times longer than it should and is tough and crunchy. I love General Tso’s chicken but this is almost inedible! The crab rangoons look as if each one is half way over fried to a crisp, and other half are still raw! They have no taste and hardly any crab in them. I HAVE NEVER HAD A WORSE MEAL FROM A CHINESE RESTAURANT! I’m so disappointed!!!

This is simply solid Chinese take-​out food. I liked the crab rangoon I ordered, as well as the Hot and Sour Soup, I thought the vegetable balance and tanginess of the soup was tasty. I ordered Singapore Noodles, and would have like more veggies or something, as it was mostly just straight up curry noodles, but I’d definitely try the place again for other items on the menu.
The portions are big, which is awesome, but the reason this is 3 instead of 4 stars is that the phone service is abrupt, so I was still talking to ask how long my wait would be before I should pick up my food and I was hung upon. I didn’t even know I called the right business because they answered just «May I help you?». I got to the restaurant about 10 – 15 minutes after calling in my order and still had to wait another 15 minutes, they were busily preparing delivery orders (there were A TON). I minded waiting only because I was asking that question when I was hung up on, but the thing I appreciated about the wait was that ALL of the food my friends and I had ordered was cooked while I was there and was piping hot, so that was nice.
I’d try this place again, I am happy they are busy and you can’t beat the prices, just don’t expect stellar phone service and allow waiting time.

Well I ordered from here twice now and have asked for extra beef in my beef and broccoli and them totally putting a normal serving of beef but charging me extra both times… And I think they put extra broccoli in my tray. The delivery took way too long. I would never eat here again.

The service was not up to date. The manager was very rude. When told that they served the wrong food. She didn’t accept their fault and said «no» for the return.

Ordered delivery from here for the first time last night. I wasn’t sure what to expect after seeing mixed reviews. First, I’d like to address is the lack of customer service on the phone. The lady who picked up rook my order, my address, but never asked for payment or told me how long they’d be. I had to call back for that. Second, they forgot the drink I ordered.. but the driver did apologize and give me cash. Third, the food was very good; however, the eggrolls were very greasy and everything was drenched in sauce. I won’t say this is my first and last time bc my experience wasn’t all bad. The best advice I’d give is to just try it. Based on my experience, the reviews weren’t all off, but hey, it satisfied my hunger. :)

Well, I have to say, I found this place far from «disgusting». Maybe it’s because I’m from NW WA: land of sticky, over-​sauced, salt-​lick-​like, icky-​sweet Chinese food, but I found this restaurant’s fare to be beyond acceptable! I ordered via Grubhub, and my food arrived to my door piping hot forty minutes later. The roast pork fried rice was delicious — not greasy, not too salty, and the pork itself was savory and not at all dried out (I’ve been abused by Chinese restaurants in my home state, it appears… lots of powdery pork jerky there). The sweet and sour sauce was actually both sweet AND sour, without being gelatinous or having any notable adhesive qualities. The tempura was crunchy and didn’t have that heavy layer of soggy mush under the crispy surface that Washington had me so accustomed to, and the steamed shrimp wasn’t rubbery whatsoever.
All in all, I’d definitely order from Peking Chinese again, and I would recommend their food! And I can’t say I got any sass from anyone… pity.

Food is always great but waiting 2 hours for delivery is unacceptable. This restaurant is in the top 100 Chinese restaurants in America but the delivery just sucks.

I just had the exact same experience as Mark… Ordered online, called twice. food arrived 1:45 later. Wont ever eat here again… Food barely warm and Crab Rangoon was disgusting!
