Oh, Honeybaked Ham! The food is to die for. If you can’t cook turkey worth a darn or you want some yummy ham, go here. The location is in the midst of horrible mall traffic but if you can get in here (watch for the ham lines at Thanksgiving & Christmas time, though the staff WILL be fully prepared for them and act accordingly), you will be a happy camper. They had samples of Honeybaked turkey today along with their cranberry sauce. Both were absolutely delicious.
In my experience here, the staff is very friendly (though maybe that’s due to going with my sister, Ms. Social Butterfly). If you have not had the deliciousness that is Honeybaked ham, you need to RUN (not walk) here ASAP. If you have it for the holidays, fights are guaranteed to break out & you will get addicted to it. Just ask my family. Oh, and if you order a ham they will ask for your ID here; no one will get to come in & take your ham from you.

Very unsatisfied. I had scheduled a catering order for a work meeting around Christmas and it never arrived. The catering contact had the delivery on a different date, even though the invoice I received prior had the correct. This disrupted my meeting as I had to make other arrangements.
They offered to provide a few free lunches later as compensation, but when I called to schedule they argued about honoring it. After reluctantly agreeing to provide, we did get the free lunches but they arrived at the wrong time and were missing some items.
Another group in our company ordered a holiday dinner and had problems as well; order arrived incomplete.
I will never use this location again.
