DON’T WASTEYOURTIME! I Will never shop here again! The staff are incompetent and constantly try to up sell you. In fact they even add things to your plan without telling you and have no technical experience with the equipment. I recently bought a phone expecting that they would transfer all my information to my new phone. I now found out they didn’t do it properly and I lost all my new contacts, files etc! They are constantly changing staff and have no customer loyalty. AT&T should either shut them down or take them over and run it properly

This location is an absolute favorite for me because of several reasons: the staff, always friendly, knowledgeable and greets you immediately when you come. the store itself, modern, open and airy look and design without clutter or overstuffed with displays to make it easier to navigate… The product selection is kept well in stock and also many displays to interact with devices without waiting behind many clients, but they’re in the walls so they don’t take up floor space! The staff answers questions in a user-friendly lingo so for someone no tech-savvy, it’s easy to grasp, but also their knowledge truly shows because they assist you quickly and even check out with an iPad vs register to make it more personal and also unnecessary lines! I had a representative, Andres, today and he helped me find the phone case I’ve been searching for daily for 3 weeks, yet no one had them. It’s the iPhone 6plus leather case. I was in and out as well as happy in 10 minutes!

Very disappointed at the customer service at this at&t store. The sales representative was good but as you walk in the door the assistant manager takes your name and you stand in line. The assistant manager is rude and I waited in line for 2 hours for a ten minute fix. The assistant manager should have been able to fix the issue as I walked in the door.
